This was a last-minute find and we couldn’t have been happier! While the neighborhood is older, the interior of the home had been recently updated & the fenced backyard & porch were perfect for us & our dog. A as bd the next door neighbor (so sorry I didn’t catch his name) came outside while my daughter & I were replacing a burned out headlight, offered tools, and just made us feel welcome. Not sure, but I’m guessing he’s the one who rolled the trash can to the street on pickup day! Our host was very kind & responsive, she made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us during the week. I appreciated the attentiveness. If we find ourselves back in the area again, we would definitely stay in this home again!

Luz’s home was just what we needed for a stay with family. The home is clean and nicely decorated. My wife and I slept in the queen bed which was very comfortable. My in-laws slept in the master with the king bed in order to sleep with our almost 2 year old while we had a night out. They also commented that the bed was very comfortable. The pool is back is small but cute. My in-laws appreciated how efficiently the AC cooled the home and the nice water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the minimalist decor as there wasn’t a lot for our son to get into and mess up. I think the location of this home may be the biggest draw. The neighborhood is older, but quiet. The neighbors introduced themselves when we had trouble unlocking the door (this was due to our own error and Luz was very responsive), and they were kind and helpful. There are many close by restaurants and stores, anything you might need, really. It is within 25 min of Busch Gardens and even closer to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Downtown is also close by. If your looking for a fun stay in Tampa, this is the place to be.

Within 30 minutes after checking in, there was the first roach in the bathroom. The owner was responsive, and did sent someone over, but that didn't help as the next day there were more roaches. Owner wanted pictures, but didn't take the effort to come by himself to check. Finding the access code for the door isn't intuitive, as you have to go to a website and click through menus to find it. Wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with kids.

A very cozy home with a nice pool out back. Lots of room around the kitchen and TV.

Location is great in Brandon, FL. Neighborhood is 36 yrs old and everyone keeps their property maintained. I would suggest better maintenance . Everything inside except for kitchen cabinets has been updated or replaced. Nice interior with comfortable seeking. I will use this place again. Definitely a keeper.
