A short walk to the beach, has 3 different pools and the staff is very friendly.

I didn’t like anything about property. They charged us almost 800 dollars for 3 night and the hotel was under construction the hotel wasn’t safety horrible customer service no body seems to know what they were doing We arrive around 4:30 and we couldn’t find the room key till 7:00 they made us to go back and forth at Esmeralda hotel for about 5 times and finally someone was able to give us the keys The room was dirty the fridge didn’t work the sink was liking we have to go downstairs to notify for all those damage and after 2 hours couple employees came and try to fix it but the fridge still didn’t work because they say we are under construction and the Watter can’t go that high and didn’t even provide us with a bag of ice but we have to pay for ice. The worse think they charged us 111.11 for using the towels and pillow case. They didn’t do walk through when we got the room or before we left the reason is because they charge you extra with no explanation The place wasn’t good at all no umbrella no chair for the beach no bathroom on the first floor but they told us to go to Esmeralda 1 mile away to use the bathroom I will never go again to this property Horrible customer service no one came to clean the room during the time that we stayed we pay for cleaning a fee 260 dollar and in the end they charge us for using their towels please check your bank account because they charged me extra 30 dollars without notification I have to call them to refund my 30 dollars

very clean and affordable.

the prices at resort restaurants have gotten very expensive. it is now cheaper to eat out in the States than it is at as restaurant on any property in Mexico.

THE CHECK IN SHOULD BE AT THE CASA BLANCA CONDOS NOT AT ESMERALDA RESORTS.

Condos are new.

You can see some construction.

It was clean and seemed brand new.

The pools were not opened. There's no front desk and we had to drive to Esmeralda to register in and out. Staff and security were unfriendly and didn't even greet us. There's no place to contact Casa Blanca to actually complain to them.
