A lovely room and ensuite, beautifully decorated, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. A fabulous place, staff so helpful especially Sebastian. The tapas bar was excellent, very popular, great dinner and quick lunch. Location brilliant close to little train into Bilbao and Guggenheim. Love Plentzia, beach is stunning, we had great walks. Would love to go back, it was a gem. Parking for the VW van was nearby by the police station. Plentzia super popular as beach resort at weekends!

It was all great, parking tricky at weekends

Location is great, in the centre of town and right on the river. Price was very reasonable and the room was a good size with an excellent bathroom.

Room itself was rather tired and old fashioned, the twin beds did not link together and the mattresses were too firm for me and not very comfortable. Although the double glazing was effective and welcome in a noisy area the internal sound-proofing is quite poor so you can hear people moving around the hotel and talking in their rooms and the common parts.

Very noisy, you can hear every step you take unfortunately due to the wooden floor and every word from the neighbours from the next room.

We were lucky to get a whole flat with living room, kitchen, bedroom. Right on the top of the building. It was great
