Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cool Change was the perfect rental for our family of 9. The property was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed plus more. It had more variety of pans and dishes than I have in my house. The outside grill was clean and had 2 propane tanks. The Property Manager checked in with me several times and before check-in she was responsive to my questions. This house is so well maintained, there was nothing that needed to be improved. There are beach toys, nice beach towels, and most important it is close to two beach accesses. I'm already looking at dates to return.

It’s just across the street from two beach accesses, which made it very easy to get to the beach chairs. The backyard is beautifully manicured and came with some fun yard games and a gazebo with lights. Just perfect for everyone to enjoy while we were using the Weber grill. The outdoor shower was great to have as well. The interior of the home was absolutely beautiful. The reverse floor plan made it really nice for everyone to enjoy the huge kitchen and vaulted ceilings of the living room. We had coffee and breakfast on the deck every day and really enjoyed being on the second floor for that. The bathrooms were really spacious and classy, especially the master suite. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed as we cooked most of our meals at home. All of the furniture was comfortable too. We will definitely be looking to stay here again! Thank you to Sandels by the Sea for the great communication and helping with anything we needed during our stay!

Decor is lovely and the beds are outstanding. Really enjoyed the outdoor space with our grandchildren. Everything was super clean. So close to the beach walk over. Highly recommend renting!

The house is wonderful. Great location, well equipped, uncluttered and clean. Property management was responsive and helpful. No complaints and already looking to rebook for next year!

This is our fourth trip to the community and this house is by far the best property we have visited. Great floor plan. Convenient to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. Look forward to visiting again next year.

We paid for an early arrival and had some issues at the gate (they didn’t have our reservation) and were delayed getting a door code- but once that was resolved we were good. The house is very spacious so everyone has private areas and the balconies provide extra places for dining. The backyard is perfect for children to play- thankful for the toys provided! Kitchen is nicely equipped for family meals. The location is perfect- across the street from boardwalk 2- and having beach chair set up the week of Thanksgiving was a wonderful surprise. There were 6 of us- and everyone had plenty of space to spread out, while the common areas were plenty large enough for family gatherings & meals.

Very clean with comfortable beds and beautifully decorated. Back yard was great for the kids and the 4 beach chairs setup each morning was great. Karen is a great host and does things right!
