We were very pleased with the property. It was as Mike described, a "turn-key" rental. Kitchen was well equipped and we had almost everything we needed to prepare meals. First level is spacious with a great size TV and adequate furniture. The bedrooms were comfortable and the baths were well stocked and ready for us. Good size backyard and comfortable seating area for two and would work well for those with pets (we did not have pets). We were overall very pleased with our rental. My husband and I stayed here for a week in February 2023 while visiting our daughter and new grandchild in Leander. This property was immaculate and provided everything we could possibly want in a rental house. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, although we didn't do a lot. My husband spent many hours relaxing on the back porch in comfortable chairs in a quiet neighborhood. The area felt very safe and was readily accessible to our daughter's home and all of our shopping needs. Really, I can't think of one thing I would change to have made our time here any better. I highly recommend this property and, Michael, the owner, who was consummately available at all times. This was a completely positive experience, and we will surely rent this property again when we visit our daughter. Thank you, Michael!
