This house was perfect for 3 couples - close to pickleball courts, walkable to Watercolor and Seaside. The golf cart came in handy, too! We enjoyed the two lovely screened in porches. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Everything was as advertised or better. Here's what I'll touch on that for us makes this place special. The beds - perfect. The TV's and sound - Newer, nicer, bigger, and able to stream everything on all of them, again - perfect. The sound machines - nice touch especially with children. We ordered a couple for back home. Location - Central within Watercolor. Easy access to everything. The golf cart - awesome. Didn't need to drive my car almost the whole week. The Watercolor amenities - Top notch. So many options. Loved the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor. Thanks again to Nathan for the quick responses, we can't wait to come back next year.

Great location! Central to everything! Our family of 8 fit perfectly in this cozy house. Beds were amazing, the sheets were like sleeping at a high end hotel. The 3 king beds are such a bonus. My husband and I slept in the master suite, our newly married daughter and her husband took the downstairs king bed room and our 4 boys fit perfectly in the upstairs king bedroom with the 2 bunk beds. The golf cart and 4 bikes are awesome. We rented 4 extra bikes which is a must in my opinion…we biked everywhere together. We loved being so close to the tennis/pickle ball courts! We played every night. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was everything we wanted for Thanksgiving week. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 young children. The bunk beds in the upstairs bedroom with the king was perfect for my grandkids. The back porch and office allowed those that worked their privacy while the rest of us stayed in the family room. The golf cart was so handy for the trips to the beach and shopping. The kitchen and laundry have upscale appliances which we utilized. Also, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, great knives and pans. All in all we found this house to be very clean with nicer mattresses, sheets and towels. And there were better TVs throughout the house, just not only in the family room. Watercolor is a beautiful community and I could see us renting this cottage again.

This property was one of our favorites that we have stayed in Watercolor. Extremely comfortable, well decorated and maintained, convenient and the golf cart was a big bonus! The beds are some of the most comfortable ones Ive ever slept on. All around a wonderful place to relax and perfect place to stay!

I’m tempted to keep this home a secret for myself, but the home and owner deserve a fabulous review. Wonderfully located between the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor. Very comfortable beds with nice quality linens. Extremely responsive and kind host. Golf cart with sound and bikes both included. Very clean property. We’ve visited 30A nine times and this was our third trip to Watercolor. I would not hesitate to book this property again. We are thankful they opened their home to us! It was a wonderful place to stay! Don’t hesitate to book; you will be very pleased with your experience.

Nathan’s property is perfect! The golf cart makes it fun and easy to explore this beautiful beach town! Nathan provides excellent restaurant recommendations and all the local activities. We had such a wonderful time! This home was absolutely perfect for our family! Nathan was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of through out the week. The golf cart makes vacationing on 30a even more enjoyable! Perfect location and the beds were AMAZING!! We would definitely stay here again!

Upon entry, it smelled clean and was indeed spotless. Everything was thought of. Pack n Play to noisemakers for the kiddos. Ample space abounds within, and a screened-in porch and deck are spacious and well-appointed. I will stay here again!

This was our 4th stay in watercolor and this house was perfect for us! The golf cart was updated and battery life was great. It had a speaker which we loved! The property owner, Nathan, was super responsive and would respond back with any questions right away. We loved the location and the fact that this house was on a culdesac- it felt safer for our kids to run and play. 10/10 would recommend- we’ll be back for sure! Oh and the bedding and mattresses were SO comfortable!

This is our 10th year coming to Watercolor. We loved the location of the house and the quiet little street we were on. House was very clean and beautifully furnished. We loved that the house included a golf cart. That was a wonderful bonus. Kids want to stay in this house next year as well!

18 Lyonia was a perfect house for the four of us. Ideally located near the tennis courts, Seaside, and easy access to the Beach Club. The house is equipped very nicely with All Clad kitchen equipment and Sonos sound system throughout the house! The beds were incredible and everything we needed was there! We would definitely rent this property again...and again!

Pros: The comfortable beds, updated decor and furniture, being so close to everything and the biggest highlight was the golf cart, our kids LOVED it! We plan to return and stay here on our next trip out to seaside. Everything was top notch and was a perfect house for families of all ages. Cons: leaving to go back to reality. Our family completely fell in love with the community of Watercolor. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish for our first family beach vacation with our toddler. The neighborhood is family centric - offering not only some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal clear water but also has countless kid-friendly pools (with water slides and more), tennis courts, biking, paddle boarding, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house only added to our wonderful experience - centrally located between beach and CampWatercolor/Publix, fully stocked with all of our needs and some extra perks, very comfortable beds, very clean, and an amazing golf cart that took us everywhere we could have wanted to go (we didn’t even rent a car). Nathan was approachable, helpful, and receptive through the pre-arrival process and was available in a moments notice during the stay to answer any questions and make sure everything was well taken care of to our satisfaction. As a host he definitely went over and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be coming back to Watercolor with friends soon! The only question will be if we can fit another family in the house or will have to try our luck with another bigger 4 BR listing. Thank you Nathan for being a wonderful host, it was certainly a special vacation to always remember!

This was an amazing stay! The beds we’re all so comfortable and sheets were amazing! The house was so clean. We enjoyed the screened in back porch so much. Also the golf cart was so helpful. The location was amazing! I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time for Watercolor… absolutely thrilled with our stay! Host was very easy to communicate with. Beds were luxury comfortable… which we so appreciated! All new TVs, Sonos in all rooms… screened porches front and back! Nice quiet culdasac tucked away in the perfect central part of Watercolor. And a brand new 6 seater golf cart helped us leave our cars parked all week… We will for sure be back!

We absolutely loved this house! It was clean, had comfortable beds and furniture, had all the necessities, and was tucked away in a perfect location to everything. The golf cart was a huge plus to get around Watercolor! Nathan was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay again!

We weee lucky enough to stay at 18 Lyonia Lane for spring break, and it was such a treat for our family. The house is well-appointed and so clean, glorious bedrooms with cozy beds and bedding and the two stories allow for you to tuck a kid or two upstairs and still be able to entertain or have dinner downstairs without waking anyone! We loved the front porch on the morning, to just sit and have coffee and watch all the bikers go by down the road. The location is perfectly situated between the Town Center/Beach Club Pool and the Camp Watercolor (kids pool and lazy river) and Playground/Basketball Court. There are also so many little trails to wander if you want to go for a walk and immerse yourself in the surrounding nature. The owner was so responsive and the home was just so cozy and cute for our family of four. We could have easily space to bring a nanny or grandparents along if we had planned in advance. We just loved it and can’t wait to return!!

Our family of four had a great vacation and this house was absolutely perfect! Three very comfy king size beds plus bunk beds provided options for our boys to have their own rooms. We spent most of our time on the back porch and even had a family of deer join us for dinner and a nap one evening. The bikes and golf cart were a wonderfully well-utilized added bonus!! Nathan was extremely responsive to questions leading up to and during the vacation. We would love to stay here again!!

We were very impressed and comfortable during our stay. There are nice details throughout including premium Sonos sound systems on TVs and sound machines in bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom with King bed, bunks, TV, and bathroom made for a great kids area. Perfectly located close to all the top notch Watercolor amenities. This place will be hard to beat!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 with older teens (18 & 15). The walk to tennis courts was perfect. We used the golf cart some, just for riding around, but were able to walk/bike easily to Seaside or Camp Watercolor. Loved that both porches were screened. There’s a super-short shortcut to Seaside on foot that hardly makes it worth unlocking the bikes. We would very likely stay here again.

We have stayed in a variety properties in watercolor and this was by far the best for our group! From the four seasons bedding to the gorgeous back porch this house is unbelievable. We will absolutely rent again! The owner is so kind and wonderful to work with! Look no further and rent this!

With brand-new furniture, the comfiest beds I have ever stayed in (with Four Seasons bedding) to the intentionality of details shown by the owners, my family truly enjoyed our stay in this cottage in WaterColor. We will definitely be coming back! Everything was perfect!
