THIS is the property you’ve been looking for! Clean, stocked, and centrally located. Never have I felt more at home. The small details were even tended to. Master bath was amazing-drained well and awesome water pressure. Carpet in the bedrooms. Everything was SO clean and well maintained or replaced as needed. Couldn’t be happier. We even found a few camping chairs in the closet and a few board games were left on hand. ♥️

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Condo #1609! This condo had everything my family needed and more to make the entire stay so enjoyable. Upon arrival the condo was spotless! We vacation a lot and this is the cleanest we have ever seen a unit we have rented from. The communication was so easy and the check-in/check out process was so stress free. This unit was so spacious with absolutely beautiful views! The beds were so comfortable as well. We were amazed by everything this condo offered in the kitchen-it was just like being at home. They also had a few beach chairs and a pop up tent that came in handy on those sunny days! Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back again!

ECDI does a great job managing their properties. The unit was clean and well appointed. This was our second stay in one of their properties, and we have not been disappointed. The staff was helpful and patient. Also, the Majestic is one of our favorite beach properties.

Love this condo! I absolutely recommend it! I go to Panama almost every year and this condo was one of the best one I have ever been to. A lots of space and incredible view!! Great location and the Majestic Towers have it all. Definitely will be back!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the view was great. the room was clean. check-in was very easy. parking was great. i liked the idea of leaving i.d. to get a luggage cart. so many other places we've stayed people keep them in their rooms and don't bring them back. Now, the railing outside has a steel tube over the top. when strong winds blow, the tonal vibration is unbelievable. It roars. All night long two different nights. our a/c was very temperamental and quit during the night Thursday night. I called the number above the thermostat. several hours later Friday an elderly gentleman called me back and asked what the thermostat displayed. It had absolutely nothing displaying. and then he told me all he worked on was door sensors and thermostat settings not hvac. he said i'd have to contact the owner. I sent two emails which bounced back. i called and was told a maintenance man would be there. no one ever came. we went basically our last two days in sweltering heat and high humidity with no a/c and no one would help. you owe me two comp days for this major inconvenience. the clothes washer is nasty. it's moldy and mildewed and smells to high heaven. it needs extensive cleaning and sanitizing or replaced. and as mentioned in many reviews prior to this, the door to the balcony from the family room is impossible to open. everyone had to pile through the master bedroom to get in and out of the balcony. If it weren't for the a/c, the vibrating railing, the stinky washer and the stuck doors this would have been an 'just okay' vacation. but with these difficulties it wasn't nearly as pleasant as it should have been.

The condo was nice but the cleaning crew that cleaned it before we got there did a horrible job. Master bath floor had hair and trash on it. Coffee pot was dirty, dishwasher hadn’t been unloaded, stove was dirty inside and out, washing mashing was nasty! Had mold and mildew stains and smell awful! We had to clean the condo after driving 9 hours but paid hundreds for a clean condo.

Very roomy and awesome overall

Everything was great. From the parking spot on the 3rd level parking to the beach. The room was clean and plenty of room for the entire family. Large spacious balcony and fast elevators. On-site amenities were a large plus for the stay. Will stay here again.

Armbands We only received one on band for the whole weekend and it was a group of six of us we called Chev times and did not get no answer or feedback back but overall I’m still I still had a great time

We were in town for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. The Condo was near the venue. The Condo was clean and had all of the amenities of home. We rented a 3 BR/3BA unit. with a wrap around Balcony,. Absolutely Fabulous! Yes, we will stay here again.

Excellent property & location! The condo itself was clean with tasteful beach decor. Appliances & kitchen amenities had everything I needed. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Master bedroom mattress is firm but not too hard. Loved having the reserved parking space. It was so convenient. We felt very at-home in this condo. My only complaint is the front load washer seal is moldy and needs to be replaced. The Majestic Towers are fabulous. Easy access to beaches and parking. Their staff work round the clock to keep the place clean and safe. Can’t say enough about the quality of their staff! Elevators were fast. H2O cafe is pricey but nothing I didn’t expect in this setting. Food & drinks were very good though. I definitely plan to stay here again.

The condo’s decor and location was amazing; however the cleaning company did not properly clean the condo upon our arrival. I alerted the property manager Whitney about the condition of the condo and she apologized and informed me that she had to use another cleaning company for our stay and that she would issue a refund of our cleaning fee. I agreed to this as a resolve and informed her of the issues: -Condo smelled like someone had previously been smoking in the condo and I had to purchase wall fresheners to help with the smell -sheets had dried fluids/stains and I had to wash all bedroom sheets upon our arrival -found used dental flossers and toenail clippings in the living room area near the couch -wet towels had been left on the dryer and they mildewed as a result -I had to clean the bathrooms because they had not been cleaned at all -fridge had to be cleaned It has been a week after our scheduled checkout date and I have yet to receive the cleaning fee refund that was promised. I contacted Whitney 2 days ago and she said that she would look into it but she has never called me back to provide me with an update. I also emailed my concerns to the General Manager Daniel Caron and his only response was that he would let the cleaning company know. I am extremely disappointed with the communication of Price Morgan Vacation Rental, as well as, their failure to do what was right and issue a refund of the cleaning fee as promised.

Loved this place, the location and amenities! The condo was beautifully decorated and we did not want to leave! Will definitely be back!

Would rent again

I loved this property. It was very spacious and was in a great location. The only things I had issues with was that the front door was very hard to close because a screw was missing and the door o the closet for the washer and dryer would not close. Not a deal breaker. Our whole family loved this unit!

Overall the condo was pretty clean. I have a feeling the owners don’t realize that the cleaning crew doesn’t dust, or sweep in corners of each room or check for items left behind as we found lots of dust and masks behind the bed. Overall it was a great condo nice and updated. Everything worked perfectly except the third bedroom doesn’t get air conditioning to it. We would stay there again for sure.

The condo was very roomy and we loved the large balcony. We had a slight issue with the parking pass but the owner took care of it in a timely manner. We would definitely rent this room again.

This is a wonderful corner unit with plenty of space and a great view. All three bedrooms were comfortable for couples and the pocket door created privacy from the living area for the third bedroom and bathroom. The decor was updated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone agreed the beds were comfortable. I would suggest bringing your own pillow, but I also believe you sleep best with your own pillow anyways. Overall this was a fantastic condo and we would definitely look to stay here again.

First off we enjoyed the condo it has a nice layout and a wonderful view. Next on arrival the agent had contacted us and our experience with them was good, the only problem was when arrival at front door the cleaning staff had left a bag of garbage sitting in front of the door and didn't pull the front door completely closed , they did an good job on the cleaning of the condo so we decided not to say anything , we guessed they were in a hurry and just forgot the garbage. The front door we found out had a hinge at the top that was loose and needed adjustment, and wouldn't always close without some help, also the sliding door to the balcony was really hard to open and close , these were minor problems and didn't take away from the experience in the unit , it was comfortable and clean and well decorated, the only reason I have as a complaint is the layout of the and the distance from the parking garage to the tower , its very inconvenient and you can't always get a cart wich you have to leave a driver's license to check out and the parking garage is always full and also the elevators were always a long wait in the tower that the condo is in and the parking deck , the distance and parking situation is a big of enough of a problem that for us we won't stay at Majestic again, that isn't a reflection on the condo or the rental agency just the layout of the resort , some people may not mind but we are older and people should be aware of this issue

We really enjoyed our time, the Condo had everything we needed plus a gorgeous view and very convenient location. It could however been a bit cleaner.I am pretty sure our comforter wasn’t washed and the fridge,windows,mirrors and table looked like it was wiped down in a hurry.

We had a good time with our family and love the location.Hard to find a complaint if I had one I would say it about time to update the beds.

We really enjoyed this property! The size was great for all 6 adults. We also loved the size of the balcony and the corner condo. It was very clean as well! The location of this property was great and we were able to get to several restaurants easily. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Nicely decorated condo, very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Tons of space for everyone to spread out. Can’t beat the view from the 16th floor and high enough that you don’t hear the noisy street traffic at night. Loved the blackout curtains and the wrap around porch with lots of seating. Literally the only suggestion we would give is to update the coffee maker to the k-cup style so it’s easier on travelers. You won’t be disappointed with this unit!
