We had a wonderful stay at this house! The space is beautiful and well-appointed. We had the perfect amount of space for our large group between ample bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room for gathering, and plenty of space to lounge in and by the pool. It is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood which made for a relaxing place for hanging out and taking walks around the neighborhood. The house is a quick drive to great restaurants, downtown, and the airport. The pool is nicely shaded, making it the perfect place to retreat from the Austin heat. Our communications with the hosts were great! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend the home!

This is the perfect house for our bachelorette party. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 12 girls to use & get ready. The pool was a must have for the 100 degree weekend we had. They even sent a pool cleaner mid-stay to ensure it was up to shape. There was plenty of room in the living area for us to all have dinner together and gather. The location was great, a short Uber ride into downtown and only 15 mins from the airport. It is in a quiet neighborhood for when we wanted to retreat back to a peaceful environment after the festivities of 6th street. The kitchen had most the necessities for basic cooking; we were a little unfamiliar with the induction stove & oven, but we figured it out. Both hosts, Sarah and Moyra were on a text chain with me and responsive when I needed something/ had a question! Would highly recommend!

We were a group of 8 girls and it fit our needs perfectly. House was great - very spacious, decorated nicely, pool was clean and needed. Property managers were responsive and very helpful. Close to everything. Bring your own ice. Would recommend!

We stayed at Moya’s property with a big group of friends including young kids and it was perfect! Everything is well stocked and spaced out and Moya and Sarah were so helpful and responsive. They were able to get us into the property early on our check in day which really helped with coordinating everyone! Thanks again for a wonderful weekend, we can’t wait to come back!!

We had an amazing stay! We were very impressed with the house. It was clean and had plenty of room for 12 girls. Moya and Sarah were very easy to get in touch with and accommodating. We had an issue with the water pressure in the showers the first day and a half and they sent someone to look into it and fix it. The house was in a great location too!

This place was unreal - massive and felt like a luxurious hotel - highly recommend

We had a work trip for this week with our HR team. The house was perfect and the back deck and pool are beautiful. The property manager was extremely helpful and communicated via text the whole time. She even took care of a package that was delivered to one of our team members while we were out for us. Definitely recommend!

This home was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. It was very clean and spacious, beautifully styled and decorated, and in a perfect Austin location. The pool and hot tub are lovely, and we were lucky to have great weather. Sarah and Moya are wonderful hosts and they were very responsive. We highly recommend this property for a group stay!

There were 15 of us girls visiting and the host were amazing. Very communicative and have signs everywhere to confirm the rules. The place is super cute and huge. Highly suggest staying here!!

We stayed here for a 3 day weekend and it is perfect for large groups visiting Austin. The house is large and in great shape, the pool area is quite nice and it was very easy to get back and forth between downtown Austin. The hosts were also very attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Super comfortable beds with nice towels. Spacious house, nice kitchen and big dining table which is great for big groups. Unfortunately, the heater was broken in the pool but owners were very responsive, worked on it all day and gave partial refund for the inconvenience. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Our group consisted of six adults and two children (ages 3 and almost 6), but could have easily handled the additional two adults and two children that backed out due to COVID concerns with the children not old enough to receive vaccinations. Property was as advertised. Plus very comfortable beds, luxury towels, bountiful paper towels and napkins, and fresh ground coffee. Manager and owners were very responsive to the minor issues that we had, and in response to my question about a grater for making potato pancakes delivered a new Cuisinart. Good working kitchen which we used for five of eight dinners, all breakfasts, and several lunches with two caveats: absence of potholders (we had to substitute dish towels) and very dull knives (this has been a persistent problem at VRBO rentals we have stayed in). Finally, with unseasonable afternoon temperatures in the high 70's and low 80's, we splurged on the relatively modest fee to run the heater in the pool. The pool is long enough for lap swimming, and configured to enable the grandkids to swim safely: it was used every day.

The house was perfect for our family to all get together for Thanksgiving in Austin. The Grandkids really enjoyed the pool and each night we played games. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and if we needed anything, we would just text and they would immediately reply. We will stay here again.

This property is outstanding. The amenities and accommodations were great. Very close to lots of great locations in Austin. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with a large group!

I was traveling with a large group of friends and this house was the perfect place. It was a beautiful and tasteful large home. Every bedroom was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus and the neighborhood was so convenient. Can't recommend enough!

The house was in great shape, clean and exactly as advertised in the pictures. However, this is a vrbo home placed in a neighborhood that clearly doesn't want vacation rental properties (the neighbors had yard signs up saying as much). That is most likely the reason for the 10:00 pm quiet time. While not ideal, we were fine with that. The problem was that the property owner/manager's concern over same was overbearing and at times, threatening. The first night, a few of our guests stepped outside for 10-15 minutes, spoke very quietly and were just enjoying the evening. The next morning I received a text accusing us of being in the pool until midnight -- an outright lie, no one was in the pool after 10pm and no one made any noise. The next morning, I was texted by the manager that we had to leave if we were out there past 10 pm again. I was away from my phone that morning and didn't answer the text immediately. I then received follow up texts later that day making further threats that I would have to go if we were outside again. Off-putting is saying it kindly.

I booked this property for my sisters bachelorette party and it was everything we expected and more! Plentiful bedroom and hang-out space and awesome pool/backyard. So easy to get to downtown from this location as well. Highly recommend!

This house is absolutely perfect from the beds and linens (so comfortably) to location - super convenient to everything in Austin. Really comfortable for a group of 14 - enough common space for meals in the dining room / kitchen / living room area. AC worked well, pool was large with enough space for everyone - the hosts were very quick to respond and accommodating of us dropping off some things before check in. Can't recommend this house enough - would love to stay again!

Couldn't ask for a better location in Austin. The house was in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The house was immaculately clean, and the photos accurately depict the home. Plenty of fluffy towels for the bathrooms and pool. I appreciated the modern aesthetic of the home, but would note that this is a great place for young people. If you have mobility issues, this might not be a good fit as the lack of hand railings in the pool area and at the top of the main inside stairs were noticeable. Only issue we had was the serious lack of water pressure and hot water in the main bathroom shower. Felt like the water was coming out of a rain barrel (also, was tepid rather than hot) so it was hard to get the shampoo out of my hair and the sunscreen off my skin. Tips for future guests - bring your own ice, pool floats, mosquito spray. Overall, we enjoyed the house and would recommend it to others.
