Breakfast super and large choice. Staff very helpful Very nice note and little gift due to room mix up.

Odd sort of retro old style foyer. First night we were given the wrong room but they could not remedy the situation as they were booked out. But on the second night we got the larger room for 3 that we were meant to have. We had booked through Booking.com . So was very disappointing the first evening on arrival. Small room with Childs fold out bed for 3 adults. But was handled well by staff, little gift / drink...

Very good breakfast

It was not mentioned that there is a football field in the yard under the windows. The ball hits the goal all day.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice staff, great breakfast. Restaurants and supermarket near by. A little far from the city center to walk more than once, but several scooters were available right in front of the hotel doors. Bus transfer from/to the airport (Flygbussarna airport coaches) stops at Norra Stationsgatan, which is pretty close to the hotel.

Nice, friendly and professional staff. Stylish design and functionality of the room. Exceptional comfort of beds, even the sofa bed.

Our stay was nice. Breakfast was super with lots of options. Only problem which we faced was the heating of the room. First day was very cold and we couldn’t sleep, requested a room change but they proposed to give an heater. With the heater we reached to a normal temperatures and sleep well the following days.

Room temperature was a low. Beds were confortable but a little bit old style

As everyone says the breakfast is frankly outstanding!!! the bedroom was large, the staff friendly and attentive. The supermarket next door is handy for a quick dinner and although a little out of town I will stay here again next time unhesitatingly! And there are two pillows!!!

Excellent breakfast, very good quality and lots of Swedish products Large and comfortable room for the price (we visited off season) The hotel is not far from a metro station with good connections There's a super market practically downstairs, but it wasn't noisy (as we were on the 7th floor)

When we returned after the 1st day, there were brown spill stains at the inside of the toilet (definitely not by us). It seems the cleaning person had to leave in a rush, because even the cleaning towel was left on the desk. A possibility is that the cleaning person poured in the toilet a glass of coffee we had brought from the breakfast, but it could be anything, so we asked for some chlorine to clean it up. The reception said they had no housekeeping service during the night, so instead of solving it in 5', we were proposed to move to a nearby room. As my wife painfully discovered the next morning, the new room (or could it have been the towel left by the cleaning person?) had some form of mites, causing serious rashes.
