Very family friendly, fabulous buffet food where our coeliac managed to find a selection of food. Evening activities were highly amusing especially the band and dancing. The two pools offered lots of space to spread out but it was busy, there were pool side activities that were rather loud if you weren't taking part but everyone was having lots of fun. Booking of the tennis courts was easy. Next time I would take more sports kit as the gym was good. Rooms were very comfy with excellent aircon and fridge. Note hotel is not on the beech but by the salt lakes - frequent free bus runs to and fro the bus. We used our car to explore but you could walk to the supermarket. Very friendly staff who made our short stay a very happy one.

Our fridge wasn't very powerful compared to the one in our daughters room. Tennis courts need servicing as clay worn. Complimentary water should be included with dinner as charging for it was a little much.

The reception staff is very polite and suppotive, in solving issues focus on customer needs, The room was quiet and with a nice view to the garden with pool nearby. Fabulous breakfast and dinner with a large variety of food choices. Every evening with a different menu. No help with the luggage upon check-in, while the distance from the reception to the room was quite long. Queues at dinner. Floor was not cleaned during daily cleaning.

Great location, good facilities, friendly staff, clean and well maintained. You choose a set mealtime and table for evening meal throughout your stay, there’s a 6pm or 8pm sitting. Huge variety of food in buffet breakfast and dinner. Small convenience store in front of hotel for extra snacks, drink and toiletries. Short walk to the beach

Variation on the buffet was great, but taste and quality was missing. Would gladly have sacrificed some of the variation for better quality and more local produce. It's a bit ironic to have the view of a salt lake and eating underseasoned food. That said, great value for money, so would also be happy to pay more for better food.

far from the center of Palma and beach

Beautiful hotel with big territory, ponds and gardens, really good place to escape and have vacation. Staff amazingly nice and helpful, always smiling. Rooms good size, newly equipped, with terraces or balconies. Ask for building 4 or 5 if you not gonna party in Hotels bars and need silence to sleep. Buffet had good choice, everyday changing selection of freshly grilled meat, fish, had pizza, nachos days. Very smart solution - they assign you the same table for all staying time, so you don't have to look for it every night with plates in hands. Lunch restaurant (extra) had surprisingly good food too- I tried tuna tar tar, so it was much more better and cheaper than the one in the city. So easily can suggest to have lunch there too. Really quality time there. And its close to the beautiful beaches, Es Trenc- must go for a day, don't stuck by the pool. Crystal water and white sandy beach - amazing.

If it is possible not to like - so its guests. Drunk brits all day at the bar, not moving. People who put towels on the pool chairs and not coming half day. People, who stays whole week, and cannot learn at least one word in spanish to thank the hard working staff- Gracias! Its easy, you, lazy germans :( There is no respect for the country they came, and somehow they think, that everyone should speak german... And these weekends party at loby bar with tastless live music till 3 at night... Does really that kind of hotel needs this cheep entertaining for some drunk beer drinkers? But hotel is so big and has many other nice things, that you dont meet those people, if you dont like :)

Tidy, clean and not overly crowded. Lay out with low density blocks is attractive and quiet.

At end of season and some of the facilities got reigned back including evening dinner choice.

All perfect - comfy room, great pools, kind staff, lovely animators and entertaining programs, all was perfect. It is the second time for us at Blau Colonia

It was nice and spacious and the gardens were beautifully kept. The buffet was excellent, a wonderful variety of numerous dishes. The staff were extremely friendly and there were wonderful facilities particularly for young children.

We felt the rooms were a bit outdated and in need of renovation (brown decor is never very easy on the eye) We missed tea and coffee facilities in the room. There was often times a foul odour in the bathroom ventilation system. Due to the close proximity of Ses Salines and ponds in the gardens, guests should be prepared to bring ample mosquito repellent. Early risers will benefit of sunbeds by the pool areas 😉

It is a small personal thing but I like fresh coffee in the morning rather than a machine but I appreciate with the numbers attending breakfast this is not so easy

We booked a suite which was great- we had a bedroom and a small living room. The bed was very comfortable. I slept deeply each night. The location of my room was far from the main building so at night I had the pleasure of listening to crickets and frogs as I fell asleep.

As it was a suite I was disappointed that there was no tea/ coffee making facilities. When I let the hotel know my disappointment they sent a coffee machine to my room.

Great Halloween party. Very good breakfast and diner buffet. SPA and gym. 2 long beaches nearby not urbanized. Nice bicycle rides

spacious, spotless and comfortable bed and pillows. very good leisure facilities and evening entertainment- but hit and miss - but the young kids lived the pre-show with dancing. huge buffet breakfast and evening dinners with varied themes.

service at the pool bar can be slow at busy lunchtimes. may be worth considering all inclusive ( we didn’t )
