Lo que más me gustó fue la atención por parte del personal, siempre pendientes de atender las inquietudes y de saber que más podríamos necesitar.
El lugar es bastante tranquilo, agradable y muy lindo. Me encantó mucho el estilo cabaña rústica que maneja el lugar, es bastante natural.
Me gustó mucho que la piscina use el mismo agua de río, se siente uno como si estuviera tomando un baño en los ríos cercanos.
El TV tiene acceso a plataformas de streaming como Netflix, HBO, Prime video, etc.
Las camas son super cómodas casi no quería levantarme en las mañanas. En la noche no fue necesario ni encender el ventilador de lo bajo que llega a caer la temperatura.
La verdad quedo muy contento y sin duda alguna es un lugar al que volvería.

El baño es muy bueno, la ubicación puedes parquear muy cerca y el desayuno estaba bien

A clean room with nice breakfast
We were a bit disappointed that our room didn’t have a terrace or hammock to sit out and relax. Also that it’s situated above the football park and not overlooking the forest.

Very lovely place! Beds were comfy and staff were awesome! Situated very well in Minca also. We stayed with our 3 kids and would recommend this place to anyone.

Personeel was chagrijnig. Kamer heeft echt alleen een bed. Niet eens een haakje voor je spullen of een tafeltje om iets op te leggen. Kamer wordt niet schoongemaakt, geen schone handdoeken.

Owner was helpful and friendly. He helped us line up a driver to go up into the mountains. The room was basic but clean, with a modern bathroom and plentiful electrical outlets. The breakfast was good, with fruit, hot chocolate, eggs, and toast. No AC but good fan was adequate.
WiFi didn't work in the room, only in the dining area. It would have been nice to have a low table or rack to put luggage on. There were steep steps to climb to get up to the hotel.

Just awesome the rooms were fabulous the staff were wonderful! Breakfast was amazing right in town everything near and accessible. We loved it!
The pool was incredible but they put an excess amount of chemicals at night which was a little hard on the skin.

The hotel is in Minca downtown, really close to all the cafes, stores, restaurants, the bus stop etc. , as well as the entrance to Marinka waterfalls hike.
I enjoyed cooling down in the hotel's pool and later watching a local youth's soccer game on the field bellow.
The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean, the staff super friendly and helpful. Maria and Pilar made my stay really nice, it seems they really are ready to go above and beyond to make their guest' stay perfect.
One thing I didn't like was that, and it is not the hotel's fault, in the middle of the night in one of the houses not far away from the hotel people started blasting very loud music, it continued from about midnight to 3 of 4 in the morning. I was very tired and craving a peaceful night of sleep, and that didn't happen. No ear plugs could diminish the noise. I was told that is how happy colombians express their joie de vivre (alegria de la vida, in Spanish) haha... and it is normal, nobody would even complain about the noise.

Good location, laundry service, kind staff, got contact for reliable transfer.
Had no warm water first night, managed to have a shower in a different room. Day later we got another room with hot water. Rooms are really humid. Same breakfast for 3 days. Construction in progress.

Muy bien ubicado, bonito la señora Maru un amor de persona.
En las condiciones dice que el parqueadero cuesta 15 mil el cual es falso cobraron 20 mil, por otra parte La manera desagradable en acosan al huésped llamando a la 1 am 2 am por ruidos que viene de afuera del hostal.

No parking on own property for my motorcycle, but you can park in a quiet spot in het football field.
Location discretion, stay on the main road till 100 meters after the football field there you see the sign on the hotel! Easy going stairs!! No worries go for it!

Un peu bruyant dans la chambre d’en bas , j’ai préféré la chambre au 2eme étage beaucoup plus silencieuse et agréable pour dormir.

The owner was lovely and super interesting to talk to. Hotel is amazing value for money, very comfortable beds and nice and cool as the building is under the trees. Great location to walk from there to Marinka waterfalls too. Lovely breakfast cooked in front of you. Can't recommend highly enough, especially for the price! All feels very safe.

De locatie en van ver ziet er gezellig uit door de verlichting. De eigenaresse doet echt haar best. Voor 1 nacht is het prima.
De bedden waren echt rampzalig. Het leek alsof de kamer nog niet af was; geen warm water, om 8 uur s’ochtends beginnen ze al met slopen bij andere kamers, spiegel zit nog in verpakking en overal liggen vieze kleden op de grond. Kortom, amateuristisch.

Nothing. The room was not secure. The door was like a sliding closet door and the key was into a makeshift lock. Not even metal! The pool was little more than an oversized hot tub.
For the price, there are so many better options in minca. There were tiny bugs on the sheets. I couldn't think to sleep there. I immediately went to a much better place for less money!

Johan was a wonderful host, and helped us a lot as we navigated our way to Minca at night. The location was perfect, close to town but in a quiet spot. Lovely breakfast.
As others have said, there was no hot shower. Even though the space around the pool is lovely, it is a family space and there are building works in progress, so there are often people around.. it’s not a private space for guests.

Super friendly hosts (thanks Mildred for our stay, we loved it!). Great coffee. Nice location in Minca, walking distance from restaurants, shops, but as well nature and waterfall. Nice swimming pool and newly renovated place

Good location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were really friendly and gave us information about what to do in the area. The fan in the room worked well and we liked our room. The hostel had only just opened so was quite quiet, which was fine for us.
Just be aware that the showers don't have hot water- by all accounts few do in the town anyway, we got used to it!

Wonderfull host who explained everything and was always available. great rooms, nice pool and close to town but far enough away from the noise. We got a little gift on arrival which we loved.
