This residence is professionally designed and decorated with no expense or detail spared from the artwork to the marble countertops. This home features 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 16 friends and family members.
The first floor welcomes you with a light and bright entryway that sets the tone for the rest of the residence. This floor offers a guest bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom that is perfect for those needing a little extra space. There is a half bathroom and laundry room on this floor.
The second floor, the heart of the home, captures you from the wooden beams on the ceiling, luxurious furnishings, and beautiful views of the water. The living room provides an ample amount of comfortable seating for the family. The stylish dining table offers seating for 12 with additional bar stool seating. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances that are top of the line. The sliding glass doors allow for the natural light to fill the space and unobstructed views of the private pool (which can be heated for $50/day). The master bedroom is located on this floor and features a king sized bed and a huge en-suite bathroom with a walk in closet, double vanities, soaking tub, and a walk in shower.
The third floor features a sitting area that is beautifully designed and has a tv and beverage refrigerator. There are three guest bedrooms on this floor. All bedrooms have king size beds, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, and balconies that provide stunning views of the water and 30A!
The fourth floor has a secondary master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an additional bedroom on this floor that has two twin over twin bunk beds and has a private bathroom.

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
