"Best view in St Ives" is no exaggeration. Unbelievable. You can also see the sea when lying in bed.
Lovely kitchen and bathroom. Great shower with fab pressure.
Easy check in and out. Close to everything in the town.
Great communication and information provided by hostess.
Cant wait to stay again.

Flat was generally as expected. However it was not well stocked with glasses e.g wine glasses (2) were extremely small. No glasses if you wished a gin and tonic and cutlery was in short supply. Could have had more plates etc.
Access to keys via safety box not easy to open.

The apartment view was spectacular. Our first time in St Ives we felt so lucky to have the best view.
The only criticism was the blinds they were difficult to open and close and the beautiful sunlight woke us most mornings. We are both shift workers so had hoped to sleep in after 06.00 !

Had a great stay at the property, wonderful view over St Ives and its beaches, just a few minutes walk downhill and you reach the harbour. Would defiantly recommend.

This studio apartment is in a great location, close to all the shops and restaurants. There is a long stay car park just behind the property, but I would recommend using the car park provided at the home. The council car park is very busy. The property was clean and very basic, with a pull down bed in the living room. The bed was comfy enough. The area is very hilly so you need to be quite fit to walk up and down the hills . The views from the property are amazing, I could sit at the window all day looking out to sea, listening to the waves. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay in Flat 2. I totally agree that it probably has the best views in St Ives. The flat was clean, well equipped and very comfortable . The position was excellent, just five minutes walk from the beaches and great restaurants but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful . The only noise we could hear was the wonderful sound of the waves crashing onto the beach below.
Mary responded very quickly to all my questions and the information provided was accurate and useful.
My husband and I had a memorable three night break here and can not wait to visit again.

This is a perfect base from which to enjoy the sights and sounds of the seaside and to explore St Ives and the surrounding area. The flat is well-appointed and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Most memorable of all are the views in all directions as you eat or relax. We returned feeling truly refreshed and hope to return.

It was a short 3 night stay in a convenient location approximately 5 minutes from the quay at St Ives.
There was a council car park just a 100 yards away, reasonably priced.
The flat was clean and tidy on our arrival and the bed was comfortable.
We had no occasion to use the cooking facilities as we frequented the local restaurants of which there were many. Some restaurants were undergoing renovation before the seasons really starts but there was still plenty to choose from.
Overall a very enjoyable stay with a fantastic view.

Fantastic views of St Ives from flat 2, worth the steep climb up from the seafront! Comfortable flat for 2. Would recommend!

The property was clean and simply furnished with everything we needed provided. We were a little puzzled initially by the fold-up bed which was neatly incorporated in the storage unit! However once we had found it, we discovered it was quite comfortable and we loved sitting up in it in the morning watching the sun come up over the bay. The views from the large bay window were fantastic which was the main reason why we selected the property in the first place.
