Manager had great communication all the way up to the time we showed up. Didn’t have any need to contact her during our stay since the place was clean and exactly as described. Me, my wife, and son stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for our needs. It was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay. It’s on a low traffic road and nice and quiet. Would happily stay here again when we decide to visit the area again.

On the small.side but very upgraded and very nice outdoor space as well. Everything was well stocked or left at the door as soon as it was asked for. Snacks and basic cooking supplies such as oil and spices and condiment packets. They really went above and beyond. Even supplied tv as well as streaming. Nice and quiet neighborhood and near a thrivi ng downtown. Played pickleball and swam laps nearby. Beaches were great too. Loved every minute!

Property accommodations were great as well as being dog friendly. Location was good for the sites we wanted to visit.

We stayed here to attend our son’s CalPoly graduation. The location is great because it’s close to SLO but away from the crowds. We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Host Kelly is also quick to respond and help if needed. The Hummingbird Cottage is lovely and clean, we'll definitely stay here again.

Located on a dead end cul-de-sac, this property is extremely peaceful and well designed/ supplied with everything you need. The interior design is well thought out. LOVED IT!!

The property is cozy. Four our family of 4 it was pkenty of room. We ventured north and south and found the location perfect. My daughter snd I even saw a hummingbird fly by the window. Kelly was a great host and very easy to reach.

The cottage was so comfortable. It had everything we needed for relaxing with our morning coffee and returning from our days at the beach. The location as quiet and residential, yet convenient to everything we wanted to visit. the host made sure we were comfortable and knew how everything worked. I recommend this rental very highly to anyone considering it.

My family and I were in town for a quick weekend trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hummingbird Cottage. The property was easy to access, clean, and incredibly cozy. We will definitely look to stay here again should we be back in the area!

Just spent 11 nights in Hummingbird Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The cottage seems to very well outfitted and very comfortable in general. The neighborhood is quiet and nicely located just 4 blocks or so from Arroyo Grande village; an easy walk for eateries, shopping, and great coffee/pastries. The location is also perfect for enjoying nearby communities and beaches which I did when we got warm late summer temperatures. I would have no problem recommending the Hummingbird Cottage to wanting to spend a few days in the area.

What a beautiful unit! It is well stocked, super clean, and just beautiful. And the topper is that it's very quiet.

The accommodation was perfect for us. It is as described in the pictures. Very clean and very cozy. There were also two free body boards for our boys. That was perfect. The location is very quiet. The beach is just a few minutes by car.
This was our absolute favorite accommodation on our 3-week road trip through California.

The space is welcoming and very well appointed. I cannot recommend Kelly enough as a host. She went above and beyond to help us during our stay and her communication was spot on. Thank you for helping us to feel immediately at home.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at an excellent property. Everything was perfect and as stated in online listing. Very quiet neighbourhood in a comfortable and cute suite. All communication was prompt and professional. We can't wait to return.

Our family and dog loved our stay in this charming Hummingbird Cottage. The comfortable place is clean and well-decorated! I especially liked the well-stocked kitchen, with everything we needed and more, so we could cook and warm up food easily to cut on the cost of eating out. Kelly, who gave great instructions, promptly responded to any of our questions, which made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely come back in the future!

Our stay was awesome. Quiet neighborhood near the downtown area of Arroyo Grande. Also close to the road that takes you through wine country which we loved as well. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

This place was awesome easy to find close to everything. It was very clean and had everything you would need to cook and be comfortable all around. The host was great also easy to get ahold of and they sent a message just making sure our stay was going good and that we didn’t need anything.
