This was our first VRBO in Fayetteville as an alternative to hotel stays. Communication was crisp, the property was as advertised, and very clean. Location was conveniently located in Fayetteville and would definitely stay there again!

We were all impressed with the overall size, and cleanliness of the property. When you came in, it was very open. If we make another trip to area, we will definately see if property is available first.

Comfortable and clean house. Open floor plan, good firm mattresses, great linens. Carpet in bedrooms and tile in common areas. Great communication with host. Great neighborhood and great location just off College Ave. Will stay again!

This was a great place to stay for the weekend it’s close to University where my son is attending. Close to eateries and grocery stores will definitely be staying again.

Simple and clean. Our only issue is you need new soap dispensers at the sinks. Two of them were old and not working. But that’s an easy fix!

My family and I chose this location to be near Washington Regional for our Dads heart surgery. It was exactly what we needed!! A quiet place to eat a meal, we got to spend valuable time together under one roof, and to get much needed rest. The home was perfect for us and made our time in Fayetteville, despite the circumstances, a much needed retreat.

We very much enjoyed our stay! It’s a well maintained property that is very conveniently located to Uark and Dickson St. All kitchen appliances worked great, and house was stocked full of supplies we needed (lots of coffee pods, towels, paper goods, etc.). Property manager was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Nice house with just about everything we needed. The 3 of us had plenty of room and the location was great, convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and NWA attractions. Quiet neighborhood. The only problem was on my end; it seems the "acceptable" way to communicate is through the VRBO app, which I did not have...or want...on my phone. So, I didn't bother with any questions I had during the stay. Otherwise, the house was great.

Cute place in a convenient part of town. Loved the Kuerig and coffee, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, grill, TV’s in all the bedrooms, and super comfortable memory foam beds. Great stay for homecoming weekend!

The property was well maintained, very clean, modern and updated and ready for our family stay in a nice quant neighborhood. It is close in proximity to many restaurants and easy access to the NWA highways to get to others parts of the NWA area.

We came to relax for a weekend and have a good time. The host was super great to communicate with and the house has everything you could imagine. We look forward to our next visit!
