Everything about this home was perfect! The property management group, on the site managers, the location, the view, the home was just perfect! There were 11 of us and we all enjoyed our time here celebrating my 50th birthday. One of our guests lost her most valued backpack (cash, passport, etc) off the golf cart on day 1. Iris, Eldon and Lisa all went above and beyond and they ultimately found the backback within 1 day. Iris & Eldon were always quick and responsive upon any request. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back again. Thank you so much for making our stay rememarkable.

Overall, the property was as described and the management teams were very good. The first entire day the AC was broken in one room, but the management team had a new unit brought from the mainland and installed the following day. Pretty remarkable given the circumstances of being on an island. The property was spotless and very well maintained. Very nice touch with all the extra shampoo, conditioners and soaps. Very convienient delivery/pickup of the golf cart. My only issue with the place was the many individuals (not authorized or people not associated with the property) that just walk on the property. On several occasions we had groups of guys surround the house and when approached by us they said they were looking for someone. We at one point had the same group of four guys return multiple times and ran off when we approached/instructed them to get off the property. Made the entire party incredibly nervous and wondered if we were not there to chase them off what would have happened. Outside of the unwelcomed visitors, the place was very nice and enjoyable.

The perfect family getaway spot with wonderful, friendly support from the excellent folks at Pelican Reef Management. This is a well-appointed and supremely comfortable property. Alberto and Glori did everything they could to make our stay effortless from helping with luggage and a grocery delivery when we arrived to great advice on restaurants. The lower level is especially cozy and fun, with the plunge pool right outside a great screened porch.

This property was one of the best places I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Lisa and Ed were amazing hosts. They truly made us feel so welcomed and the house was beautiful and immaculate. I was very skeptical at first about doing a property outside of the country, however Lisa and Ed exceeded my expectations greatly. The gratitude I have for them for making my birthday so amazing is so much. I would recommend this place to my friends, to family, to strangers, to anyone who is looking for an amazing place to stay in Belize!

We loved every minute of our stay in Ambergris Caye! Casa Bella vista was perfect for our family, including 4 children and 8 adults. The pool, dock, and backyard are even more beautiful in person! Pelican reef was so helpful with restaurant recommendations (black orchid and la divina are musts) and they set us up woth an amazing catamaran snorkeling trip with Searious Adventures, we loved our guides Ivar and James so much we went back in a sunset cruise. Thank you to Pelican Reef for an amazing week in paradise.

Noodles is a great place to stay. 5 friends and I stayed for a week. The place is "as pictured." The property managers live nearby and responded very quickly to our request for things like kayaks. The property owners were very communicative and offered to help us plan our stay. They provided a lot of options to help with like golf carts. Throughout the stay all questions were answered. Check-in and Check-out were all relatively easy. They asked for very little to be done upon check-out, which is nice. The area is great, with infrequent traffic. You definitely need a golf cart if you stay here, but that is probably true of just about every rental place on the island. This was an absolutely great stay with outstanding hosts and staff. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We loved our stay. Our group was three families each with a 14 year old boys and one with an 8 year old. The house was immaculate. The owners made sure we had everything we needed at the house. We used the recommended guide for fishing, snorkeling and a day at Secret Beach; we had the same guides for everything.. We needed two boats and the teenagers went with Shadow who gave them a sense of independence but also was great with them. They made sure we caught plenty of fish and brought lots of lobster home for dinner. We ate at Stacks a couple of times which was fantastic. Everyone who could eat gluten raved about the lobster and shrimp pizza. I am gluten free and was delighted that the owner was very knowledgeable; the corn chips have a dedicated fryer so I was able to eat nachos with most of the meat options. Groceries are the tricky part; eating out my be less expensive than restaurants. We love cooking and with my allergy we chose to mostly cook. The produce stands were great, but proteins are very expensive. Buy ALL of your liquor at the Airport, wine is ridiculous on the island. The only thing that was unexpected was the length of check-in. There are a lot of rules(with good reason), but with last minute flight changes and quick layovers the kids had not eaten in 8 hours. We were all starving and we spent an hour on check in before we were able to break away for dinner at Stacks. I highly recommend Noodle Retreat for a great time.

Our vacation to Belize, and this beautiful property, was exactly what our family was seeking. Spacious common areas for our family of 7, comfortable beds with nice linens, and incredibly responsive help from property management are just a few highlights. Highly, highly recommend!

All I got to say is Ed and is crew at the Noodles retreat are top notch! Anything we needed was addressed asap. The house and property was super comfortable and the fishing around his place was on fire!! From start to finish they were pros. Will definitely use them again. Thanks so much!

This place and the whole crew at Noodles Retreat are amazing. We had some issues arise that didn't involve them (our fault tho) and they immediately jumped in to help us even though they sure didn't have to. Their kindness and above exceptional service helped me/us through it all. Iris is amazing and Lisa too! We managed to still enjoy our trip and will be back in May. Their recommendations were top notch too!

The Owners were great and met us upon arrival to explain everything to us. They set up taxi pickup from the airport and the golf carts for traveling on the island. Iris and Eldon were a resource for us when we need towels changed out or new water jugs delivered. The location is very quiet and near some delicious restaurants and across the street from Stax Bar (highly recommend)! The main street needs some work to make the ride a little smoother when heading into town. All of our excursions picked us up from the dock which was super convenient. The place was perfect for our extended family to visit as well. Thanks so much for making our trip a memorable one!

The discrepancies in what is available at the property do not match what’s available. The washer and dryer, although they are in the house are locked up. The back sliding for did not lock at all. And the amenities offered should be listed before hand, not after you get there and and told you’re out.

Easy rental process for a large group, lovely to have our own pool and the fishing tour boats picked people up from the dock! Amazing views and very secure. Having golf carts is necessary but you can find them for rent everywhere. House was comfy but slightly ill-equipped for cooking, coffee, one bottle of seasoning, salt and pepper.

Lovely and spacious home. Owners, who live nearby, helped with all sorts of logistics - transport from/to airport, renting golf carts (a must!), booking a snorkel tour, getting cash - that made our stay easy and worry free. The house was a great fit for my family and well maintained by the owners and their local property managers. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 17 to 7 yo and the bedrooms/bathrooms and living spaces were perfect for our needs. Location is not centrally located but a good choice if your focus is to hang out and relax together.

We were told we would have taxi drivers on pick up to island to find house we did not! We had to find our own. Also communication was just horrible Lisa and Ed were our host and I was the host on vacation I didn't even get to meet them not once. Other then the communication everything was great the house is gorgeous

Located on the quite south end of the the island this place offers amazing views and accommodations. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs. Two full kitchens, but if you plan on cooking you may need to bring some pot and pans. Traveling with people with disabilities? There are no grab bars in the showers. The first floor master has a nice large area but the showerhead is not detachable. The second bathroom on the first floor had a detachable show head but the tub wll is a bit high when can make it tricky to navigate. The host was helpful in finding a nurse for respite care so I could get away for a few hours. Overall the place was amazing.

My father and I had planned a surprise 60th birthday for my mother for a party of 10 adults - 5 couples. Casa Bella Vista was the ideal spot to house us comfortably for our 5 night stay. Everyone was more than pleased with their space and all else the rest of the property had to offer. All of us are travelers and have stayed at many rental properties and resorts, we were all incredibly impressed with not just the property, but the attentiveness of the owner, Ed, and property managers, Lisa and Eldon. We all agreed that we felt as if we were staying at a family’s home as the care and diligence provided was far more superior than we could have imagined from a rental. In addition to our incredible stay at Casa Bella Vista, we were provided with further accommodations such as grocery shopping, cooked meals, golf cart rentals, massage services, etc. They made everything incredibly easy for us, leaving us to just enjoy our time there and with one another. I would also like to mention that if there was an issue (which were few and far between), it would be resolved immediately, as if there was never one in the first place. I have already recommended Casa Bella Vista to some other friends and hope that they get to experience to first class hospitality and comfort of this lovely abode.

Great house, two floors, each with living room and kitchen. Wonderful beach area and pier with palapa. Several days we saw a spotted stingray off the pier. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. House is quite south of town, but we enjoyed the golf cart rides. Stay Bar is across the street, great place to watch sports. We also loved Someplace South and Toast. Great house for families. We all enjoyed the pool. Needs more chairs by pool and beach. Nice little screened in porch. Our one disappointment was that they advertised a washer and dryer, and after several days of being there, we couldn’t get it to work. The owners said the previous guests overloaded it, so they turned it off, waiting for a new motor. We only brought 4-5 sets of clothes, counting on laundry, and this wasn’t mentioned to us before we arrived or at check in. The house caretakers, Eldon and Iris are wonderful! We even had Iris make breakfast for us, it was wonderful! The two kayaks were great to have!

We stayed here as a group with friends and family and it worked out great to have a large house to spread everyone out and have a dock that the dive shop could pick us up and drop us off at every day. Be aware it is about a 20 minute drive by golf cart to town but there are some good restaurants nearby. We recommend black lotus, victoria house (need revervations), and someplace south. Be aware there is not currently a washer and dryer at the facility although it is listed as such. Overall it was just what we needed for the week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Bella Vista! The owners, Ed and Lisa, as well as their property managers, Iris and Eldon, made us feel so welcome and were readily available to help us with anything we needed. The house was a great fit for our party of 11, with plenty of room, nice privacy at the property, and great amenities. The house was clean and well maintained. We liked the somewhat remote location of the home, about 4 miles from town, and enjoyed going into town whenever we wished. Golf cart rental is a must! We do wish the water and beach had been a bit more swimmable from the property. There is no ladder off the dock, and it's a bit difficult to swim in from the beach because the sand is more clay-like and difficult to walk in, and there is also quite a bit of seaweed. We didn't swim in the water as much as we'd hoped, and were warned of crocodiles at dark, which was a bit frightening, but we never saw any. Ed and Lisa provided multiple wonderful recommendations for excursions and activities, as well as restaurants, both close and further in town. They couldn't have been kinder or more helpful during our stay and also helped arrange our COVID tests at the house for our return flight. Our kids loved the plunge pool, and we used the kayaks several times, but the wind really picked up during the second half of our stay, which made kayaking more difficult. When arranging excursions and getting picked up at the dock, which was so convenient, most of the operators did have trouble locating the house, so we would recommend asking how to share or describe the location better. We would definitely recommend this house to others and stay in this area again.

My family and I stayed a week in this beautiful and peaceful home. The home is extremely well kept and we no issues with the home whatsoever! The home is spacious and has absolutely everything we needed for our week long stay. Communication with the house managers and owners is superb! You will definitely want to rent a golf cart as the house is about a 10-15 min ride to food/basic essentials. The owner met us at the property upon arrival and answered any questions and gave us lots of tips to enjoy our stay. The only thing that caught us off guard was that we were told not to get into beach water as there are salt water crocodiles in the area. We did see a couple of kayakers throughout our week long stay, but we did as advised and didn’t go in the water near beach. The pool was great, kids loved it. Overall, I would recommend this beautiful home for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Ambergris Caye.

Everything here was super great! It accommodated our large group of 7 people perfectly. We definitely could've fit more people. Location was a bit far from town, but wasn't bad. Location was also very safe as well. The group was most impressed with how great the communication with Lisa and her staff. Definitely will come back for a family reunion in the future

House was perfect for our family/friends. Clean, had everything we need. Nothing fancy but full kitchen (2 of them) and washer/dryer (2 of each), perfect dip pool, awesome property managers. You don't need to bring much, but rent a golf car for sure. 15 minutes to town with groceries, restaurants, diving, etc. We had several trips--diving, snorkeling, day out on boat to Caye Caulker, mainland for cave tubing/Mayan ruins, zip lining. Very fun to be picked up at the dock by boat to explore Thanks to Ciindy, Ester, and the rest of the staff!
