This property was perfect for our annual golf trip. We had 12 adult men and everyone had their own bed, which was crucial! The property was in excellent condition, and when there was any questions, the hosts were readily available to answer them. 500 yards to the beach, and very convenient to get to all the different courses that were played during the week! Can’t miss location!!

This place is amazing! Super clean and even more beautiful in person. Conveniently close to the beach. Incredible kitchen. Comfortable sleeping, plus nice indoor + outdoor furniture. We LOVED it! 10/10 would recommend!

This home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large group of people. There was more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Very clean and so close to the beach. Would definitely visit again!

This was the perfect house for our large family. All 3 couples each got their own suite with attached bathrooms and additional spaces for individuals and kids. Kitchen is very large and spacious. Isle of Palms is a gorgeous area! Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd year to take a large family trip (13 members) with the goal of staying near a beach. Isle of Palms is a beautiful area just in general. The house is in a great location, very close to the beach, easy 5 min. walk for the toddler and grandparents. The house was very clean and in order. We viewed the "house rules" as an excellent sign that the owners care a great deal about the upkeep and cleanliness of the house. While the pictures are telling, the house in-person was much better. Everything was a 5-star, including the communication from the owners and property manager. This property was actually a plan B option for my family. The original stay was near Sullivan Island, but unfortunately, the owner of that house cancelled the scheduled trip 2 months prior to our departure time. We quickly scanned the area, since our hearts were set on Charleston, and was surprised to find such as wonderful property here. Since we were hesitant after the previous experience, we chose to call the owners of this property. They were extremely friendly and responsive from beginning to end. We needed that reassurance, and they came through! We would have no hesitation at staying here again!

This property is an amazing home if you are looking for a getaway for your friends or family. It is super close to the beach, a 3-5 minute walk. The yard is a great size and equipped with fun stuff for kids and adults. The house was exceptionally clean.

Our stay was VERY enjoyable, the kitchen was perfect for us because we cooked all but one day out of our 7 day stay. The golf courses were in close proximity. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. The outdoor space was GREAT! We will definitely consider staying here for our 45th year of getting together (college friends and roommates).

The house was awesome, very spacious and well furnished. Double washer/dry art and dishwashers were a nice convenience for our family of 10! Excellent communications with the hosts and a 2 minutes walk to the beach made this a very special vacation for all!

Loved the house. Kitchen is awesome and the ice maker is next level!! Very well stocked! The walk to the beach was not bad at all and we had a 21 month old…who by the way loved the play set! The only negatives would be not enough seating in the den and not enough king beds. But we would definitely stay here again regardless. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out if they wanted or to hang out together if they wanted. Just a beautiful home!

This was a great house for our family beach week! The house was clean, and there wasn't one thing that wasn't in good condition. Lots of thoughtfulness in the layout and furnishing. Very easy access to the beach, even with small children and lots of gear. Well located in WD - not so far in that it takes forever to come and go! The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!

Great house, very close to the beach! Outdoor shower is great for cleaning off the sand befor going indoors. The screened porch with ceilings fans was a popular gathering place, especially in the evenings. The kitchen was awesome for preparing meals, or just making sandwiches.

Home was well stocked and ideally laid out to host big parties. Easy walk to the beach. Screened in porch was great.

We were a family of 4 generations ranging from 1-85 years of age. We have been vacationing together for decades. This house has it all…well equipped kitchen with room for a family of cooks, dining room table plus the barstools easily accommodated our group of 13, comfortable family room furniture easily accommodated our group as well, close to the beach with very easy access, beautiful beach, nice conch shells can be found in the ocean not far from shore, some beach chairs and very nice beach towels supplied, more than adequate starter supplies, nice array of games (corn hole and ladder ball were hits for our group), nice ping pong table and paddles, nice porches for chillin (one was large screened in), more than enough soft bath towels, two dishwashers and washer/dryers made those chores much more manageable, outdoor shower with hot water, lots of communication from host, very easy check in. And a bottle of wine on the counter when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again. Having stayed on other islands we found this the easiest to get to-not as much traffic as expected coming or going as we have experienced on other islands. The beach access for the house leads you to a quiet less inhabitated part of the beach. And of course there are the history and food and attractions of Charleston not far.

This house is "as advertised" and more! We loved everything about the houe. We had 10 people in our traveling party and there was more than enough space for everyone. We loved the easy access to the beach, the firepit, the kitchen, and the indoor basketball hoop! Our trip to South Carolina was so memorable and this house made it even more special!

The house was perfect! The kitchen accommodated all of us. We loved all the outdoor games provided. Be very careful crossing road to beach access as there is a bad curve . But short walk and beach was so nice and a lot of privacy . We will be back

We celebrated our loved one's graduation. Our stay was a much need time together. The home was perfect for our family gathering throughout the weekend. There were lots of places to hang out and play games indoors and out. I plan to rent it again.

We are a large family that was in town for college graduations and wanted to be near the beach (and away from the craziness of downtown) - and this was the PERFECT choice. We were absolutely thrilled with Monal & Melissa's place from the minute we walked in. Though the pictures on the site are terrific, the house was even more than we ever expected in reality. All the details of the house and the amenities are incredibly well thought out. Incredible kitchen and bathrooms, large porch and inside sitting areas, ice machine, ping pong, towels/chairs/games, easy beach access... the list goes on and on. Thank you for such a great experience!!

We took our family of 8 adults and 4 young kids here and this place had more than enough room to accommodate us. So spacious that even with all these people you didn’t feel on top of each other. Back yard was perfect for the kids. Great location and quiet but still close enough to restaurants/resort life. Double dishwasher, Double washer dryer it had everything we needed. It was so clean. Can’t say anything bad. Hosts were awesome too!

We have been coming to Wild dunes for years and this house just might be our favorite!!!! Melissa and Monal were easy to communicate with about the home- but we didn’t need them for anything because the house was just perfect. The downstairs retreat was perfect for grandparents who wanted to have a little space from the constant activity of kids. The outdoor space is great for kids to bike, play, make s’mores- The walk to the beach is quick and super cute to access it under a little awning in the back yard. The kitchen is amazing- it has everything you could possibly need and room for food for the week for our whole crew. Beds were comfy and we just had the very best time! We will be back!

My family and I escaped to this Isle of Palms gem with my newly married daughter and her husband. The house is magazine quality with comfortable and spacious living areas suitable for large families or a group of 12. We especially loved the chef’s dream kitchen, which was very well stocked with high end appliances, 2 dishwashers, large commercial refrigerator and freezer, beverage refrigerator and ice machine for all your beach cooler needs! The beach is a short 2 minute walk from the backyard along a shaded walkway to the sand. We all enjoyed the benefits of the outdoor shower and my kids loved the play area, fire pit, and ping pong table on the lower level. The adults especially loved the breezy screen porch, which overlooks the backyard and opens up to grilling/deck area. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable mattresses and the bathrooms are newly furnished with upgraded fixtures and finishes. The master suite on the lower level is exquisite with its private walk in closet, bathroom, TV, seating area and mini bar. This was perfect for my daughter and her husband. We loved, loved this home and all its amenities set in this wonderful community of bike paths, golf carts, and palm trees! We hope to return early this summer!

The house is beautiful, the beach is only a few steps away from the backyard, and the owners are the best. Plain and simple. The layout of the main level is amazing, basically allowing people to be together while in 3 different rooms (kitchen, dining room, and living room). The back patio is so enjoyable for your morning coffee before you hit the beach! They have a downstairs suite that is almost as good as the master bedroom! The suite provides privacy and direct access to the backyard for those that are earlier risers and want to sneak away to the beach early. The closest beach is quiet and so relaxing, avoiding the huge crowds that gather near the resort. All the showers are very spacious which is nice after a long day on the beach. If you need a break from the beach, there is a resort within walking distance with plenty of things to do including a rooftop bar! Can’t say enough about the owners, they responded to questions so fast and were so helpful! We are already planning our next stay here!
