The staff I dealt were friendly and welcoming. Close to where I needed to be. Met the needs for comfort. Cable was a plus. Be sure to bring your own toiletries, as only soap was provided. Quite close to a Food 4 Less. Many transients in the area may be concern for some. Plenty of cameras and limited access to the motel during the evening hours.

The only thing it lacked it did not have a fridge or a microwave for the drivers.

The property is relatively new. It does have free wifi, even though the description says not. The A/C is fine. It was 109 the day we were there. Impeccably clean and tidy. No pool. Close to the casinos, which I assume is the big draw. We were in town for a family event. Close to restaurants, but not walking distance to anything really.

Property was really clean. Most vending machines out of service including ice maker. People outside smoking and around the parking really late at night. Staff was great. I would stay again.

When I walked in, there was a lady full of tattoos and piercing, talking to someone in the back office very laud. Made me feel like I am at the homeless shelter. Room was clean by I found 3 cockroaches in the bathroom

Very Friendly and not far from San Manuel casino rooms are nice but need carpet and refrigerator. Newly decorated and Newly open ....Kids and Pet friendly

I had a quick overnight stay here with my wife and just needed a place to stay for the night after leaving the casino. Although the hotel is supposed to be pretty new, it does seem like it’s going to be outdated in just a few years, and it seems like it’s been there for years. The floors creek very bad in the hallways and in the rooms, and the build quality just seems atrocious. I would be pissed if I had paid to have this property built because it seems like it was built by some people that you picked up from Home Depot. The rooms are very small and there’s absolutely no amenities in the room except for your bed and your small flatscreen TV. It’s very bare-bones. It isn’t in the best area but it’s not like you’re sleeping outside. There are a lot of homeless people in the area so I would suggest making sure you put everything inside your car into your trunk that way it’s out of sight out of mind for anyone that “might” be walking through the parking lot, but even then, I never noticed anything like that and I never felt uneasy because they did have security as well. Everyone that I briefly encountered for my short stay, was very, very nice and polite. I would stay here again with no problems if it was a quick overnight stay, but anything longer than one night I’d find somewhere else that at least has an iron and blow dryer.

The hotel clerk was outside with friends blocking the entrance with two cars I come in and she says I will be with you in just a second she said! The whole premises smells like marijuana inside and out all night talking noises woke up at 3 am do yo noise and I’m still awake now 6:10am

I was ok with it me and my sister were in Highland for a concert. Close to the venue. Easy in and out nice staff. It is very basic if you are looking to just sleep and shower. Bring toiletries they do not supply anything but hand soap. Other than that great.

The establishment and staff were fine… just the loud activity of vehicular traffic and noisy street food vendors that made for difficult peaceful sleep.

From the beginning we showed up with no reservation in their computers. I had my confirmation and after an hour of negotiations they found us a room for a discounted rate. Upon entering our room we were surprised to find it occupied by another guest, unregistered in their system. Another room was provided with smaller beds with no further problems. The atmosphere was scary because there's always men roaming the parking lot at all hours making it feel uneasy.

Loved my time with my man Jp at the hotel. I feel safe with him there and it helps that the motel is pretty quite.

Loved how clean the rooms are. It was second time staying there, the first time was an experience with my man jp. So we decided to stay there again to enjoy ourselves. And we did and it helps that when he holds me that I feel a lot safe with him. So thank you for the great room and time.

There were no amenities at all. There's a foul smell in the room.

It was the worst customer service I ever experienced. The room wasn’t ready and we have to wait for more than an hour just to get checked in. No apology from the front desk staff. Inside the room there’s no coffee maker or microwave or refrigerator. In the bathroom there's only soap available and no other toiletries.

Got there at check in time and room wasn’t ready was told to come back later. Came back later and they had given my room away. One person working the desk terrible experience won’t be staying here in the future.

Duty and smelling elevator, Duty bed sheets, very terrible smell like feet and body odors, So noisy, couldn’t sleep or breathe well. Looks like they host homeless people in tne rooms. I’ve been there in about a year or so, when it was new and nice but I think they changed administration and now looks Terrible. I will never come back there.

We’d stayed to this hotel before and we were happy to be back again. Super Great motel. Staff were friendly, the hotel is clean, safe, great room, its new i believed, convenient and most of all, it’s pet friendly. We will surely be back again and will stay to this motel again soon.
