It's a beautiful place with great views of the countryside. Outdoor areas for sitting in the evenings, nice set up inside for breakfast as well. Owner and manager were both very nice and supplied us with a list of nearby restaurants to choose from.

- Because we were arriving late, the staff took the time to phone me and made sure I knew where to go when I arrive. The room was open with the key there, a very nice gesture from the staff. Thank you! - Private free parking - Staff seemed very friendly and ready to help

- Room and bed size not what was expected for the price - Breakfast excessively expensive for what was served (sausages with hard plastic around, scrambled eggs looked more like a soup). No water? A basic overpriced buffet (sorry for the honesty) - I really don’t get all the fuss and 9+ scores, the place is nicely located, has a shared swimming pool but let’s not overreact - It seemed like a family run business, they took their time chatting a lot with the guests in the expensive chalets, bigger rooms and I repeat, they all seemed very nice! But let’s not mix nice staff/location with quality/price ratio.

The bedroom had some strange smell like soap.

We spent a wonderful two nights at Hotel Le Troubadour with our baby girl. The gîte we stayed in was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped with kitchen facilities and air conditioning. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The best we have had in any French hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect - within a short walk of Rocamadour, and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend Le Troubadour and look forward to staying there again.

Mathieu is a super host who kindly greets everyone. He shared his knowledge of truffles with us. The pool is great and an easy walk to Rocamadour.

Excellent hotel in beautiful countryside location on the edge of Rocamadour. It is possible to walk in from there but we were with elderly relatives and it was very hot, so it was only a few minutes drive. The host was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to the mother-in-law's gluten free request. The pool area was excellent and the building kept to a very high standard. it was also great to have a room with a pool table and the breakfast options were great.

no complaints at all, the only thing that is a shame is that it all closed at 8pm as it would have been nice to have an evening drink.

This is a beautifully located hotel with very comfortable beds and tasty breakfast options

We have spent five nights at the hotel and had a very good time. The responsibles, Matthieu and Franck, have been very welcoming, showed us the attractions nearby and responded to specific requests by us (e.g. they made scrambled egg without milk). We found our room to be rather large, very clean and quiet. The surrounding area is lovely and Rocamadour can be reached by foot. The responsibles as well as the staff is very nice and speaks English.

This was an unexpected find. lovely small hotel. manager great and very helpful. breakfast good. Room very clean and well appointed. Lovely garden area and pool. we loved it. wished we had booked more nights.
