Room in front of lift and window if open then everyone can see u... The janitor room is just next to it. Not very private.

The room was magnificent, clean, and comfortable. The view was spectacular too from the room we had.

It can get a bit of noisy in the night if there's a group tour staying at the same place.

The superior rooms are small and worst part, window is facing walk way. Since rooms in Cameron are without aircond, we need to keep windows open for natural fresh air and with window opened, strangers could peep into the room (no privacy) or even jump into the room from window for some rooms (not safe at all!). Spoke to the Manager about this and asked how can the hotel has such room layout or design. What if strangers jump into the room and steal tourist passport and valuable?? Who will be responsible??? Could also be find a dead cockroach in the room also!

The brreakfast was delicious. With the price we paid, it was more than enough selection. Nasi lemak, porridge, toast and etc.

The toilet a bit smelly when we first entered but adter a while the smell gone.

Breakfast was simple but not bad for the price of RM30 per pax. I also like the room's bed and pillows, not too soft or low. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I would like to thank the Indian Restaurant Manager (I forgot to ask for his name) who is very kind and helpful. He guided us to the safer way to go down Cameron Highlands which made the drive down Cameron less scary. Thank you so much! :)

The design of the toilet in the first bedroom could have been better. The shower area and toilet bowl should have been switched. There should be an enclosed space for the shower so that the water will not flood the room. Some of the sheets are also stained. The kitchenette should have basic things like bowls, plates, forks, and spoons. This is why I took a family Suite.

امام مسجد قريب يبدا صلاة الفجر قبل الصلاة بنص ساعة تقريبا ويكمل الى بعد الصلاة بساعة والصوت مزعج ولا تستطيع النوم

Spring Hill resort is beautiful and perfect location in Brinchang quieter than the main Tanah Rata but very close to everything. mohan the manager is amazing! He helped to organise a tour including Mossy forest and tea plantation the night before we intended to go and our bus to Penang. He even came and said goodbye to us at the terminal early morning! The receptionist is lovely as well and rooms are clean and well catered. Would highly recommend!

早餐很好，地点方便，价钱合理，干净，酒店很新，停车地方安全，属于私人停车场，进出酒店都很方便，有电梯. 部分房间有阳台，我在booking.com定的房间是没阳台的。

唯一不理想的是卫生间洗澡的地方没和洗手盆隔开，洗完澡，厕所地上都是湿的，可以提供卫生间拖鞋会更好. 清晨5点半，附近的回教堂播放的声音很大声，房间都能听到.习惯的人就不觉得如何，不习惯的人就会觉得扰人清梦.

The 3 room in a unit is clean n spacious.. very peaceful. Surrounding area is easy accessible. View is gd.

Only the mornings prayers fm the mosque, which is the morning call.. after tt you can’t sleep.. room is not sound proof.

The room structure are a little awkward. Room at G floor has windows that opens up to a common area/parking area. Rooms are not air conditioned therefore would need to open a little window for fresh air during night time. However if windows are not locked, it can be opened up quite big and people could climb into the room from the common area. Ceiling fan at G floor rooms was super noisy. Hotel changed us to a higher floor room so there was no issue for us.

I would not call it a Resort, I felt that was misleading. Room far too small. Noise from Mosque was deafening at 5:30am.
