The room was shabby, many cigarette burns in the bed cover. Hair in the shower.

Exceptional staff, really welcoming and efficient. Went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Rooms have been renovated since our last visit and are warm, cosy and clean. Comfy bed and nice linens. Bathroom is the usual 'Tardis' but hey ho, you're paying half the rate of any other hotel and the shower is hot and powerful. Excellent location for us, just off the motorway. Not far to the centre of Montauban for eating but we were tired so chose to eat at the Kyriad just a few steps across the car park. Excellent value for money, again a great welcome from friendly staff and added bonus of 10% discount as we were staying at the hotel. Could not fault it and it was a welcome and friendly end to a long day.

Batteries missing from smoke alarm, tv remote Batteries missing and had been swapped from another room. Door closed but, had large gap.

The only positive point we’re the 2 members of staff we encountered, both polite & tried to be accommodating although the situation made that difficult for them (hotel was very busy so unable to change our room)

This has to be the worse Première Classe we’ve ever stayed in. The room was in a dreadful state - the main door didn’t shut properly leaving a gap, the bathroom door was even worse - the handle was broken & the door could only be closed by someone pushing it shut from the outside then you needed to ‘break’ your way out of it afterwards. Toilet leaked at the back when flushed, no soap in the dispenser & as we checked in in the evening, there was no staff to ask for this. 3 out of the 4 lights didn’t work at first as lightbulbs were poorly fitted. There was evidence that the room hadn’t been swept properly (hairgrip, studs from clothing on the floor). The air conditioning unit wasn’t the most efficient. Basically this room/hotel is passed it’s best with maintenance very low on it’s priorities.

Nothing other than the staff on the phone were friendly.

The hairs that were left all over the sheets that clearly hadnt been washed. The smoke smell of the room. The filthy floor. The fact that the place felt like a horror movie. The smoke alarm was stuffed with tissue paper - not even noticed by the “cleaner” between guests. There was also a stain on the bed covers. I genuinely considered sleeping in my car instead, but didnt have the space unfortunately. On a positive note, the staff on the phone were friendly before we stayed.

We had coffee which was lovely. The young man on reception when we arrived was very helpful. The lady on reception this morning was lovely. The beds were clean and comfortable. We were not made aware that we could have ordered food from the restaurant, which was a pity. I tried by telephone and email to contact the hotel before we arrived to ask these questions and got no reply.

The room was dirty the bathroom was dirty. The shower head was broken. There was no remote contrôle for the tv. The tv did not work the young man had to reconnect it for us. Someone was doing doughnuts in the car park in the middle of the night.

I know its Covid.hotel reception closed.booked room thru outside machine.room 49.only the toilet light worked.no bedding at all.no towels no toilet roll no sheets tv broke.looked like the room had been stripped after previous guest but not re done Slept in clothes as knackered.Premier classe are normally basic but clean.cheap and cheerful.probably just a one off.would of liked a refund but the place was deserted
