This home was such a wonderful place to stay for our family and we are so glad we booked it! The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing! It was an easy, short walk to the beach and enjoyed spending time on the covered porches in the evenings. We had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation rental!

You can always catch the sunrise from the front porch, but sunsets are hard to catch from the from porch because it sets behind a house. [Go to the beach for that.] The fans under the front porch allow you to be able to sit out there at anytime of the day. The neighbor across the street from the driveway DOES NOT LIKE VISITORS. She basically yelled at me for visiting and staying at the house while I was taking the trash out. The kitchen was the perfect amount of space, the knives are not sharp - so bring your own if you are planning on cooking and chopping. The elevator was a lifesaver for getting all the stuff to the top floor. The space is perfect. We had the best time! The house was clean, there were vacuums, brooms, and plenty of cleaning supplies to be able to clean along the way throughout the week. Highly recommend this location and rental.

My handicap, elderly mom was comfortable in the lowest level queen bedroom, which has a lovely step-in shower bathroom across the hall, and the elevator worked perfectly. The teens enjoyed the bunk room and the garage ping pong table, although it would be better if the garage had air conditioning. The house was well stocked with everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation- beach chairs/wagons/toys, huge decks, lots of towels, and 2 sets of washers and dryers. The flamingo queen room on the 2nd floor is comfortable for a couple, but, with multi-family vacationing, it would be preferable to offer a king bed. Overall, it was a wonderful place to enjoy family and the beautiful St.Augustine Beach!

This is a beautiful property with so many wonderful highlights! Location was unbeatable within a quiet family oriented neighborhood. Views of the Atlantic from the upper level were unsurpassed. Don't give this home a second thought...........Just book it!

Our stay was wonderful the property is beautiful the kitchen has top shelf appliances spent most of our time on the third floor enjoying the amazing view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again

We had a great visit at Butler Beach. House was well equipped from the kitchen to the beach towels and toys in the garage. The only problem for my family was the parking. The driveway only had room for three vehicles. Since my family traveled from different areas, it was a problem for us. You could park in a commercial parking lot, but not knowing the area, it was a concern.

We really enjoyed our long weekend. The property is beautiful and description was very accurate. Had a brief issue with cleaners but it was resolved quickly. Neighbors do NOT like that there is a rental in their "working neighborhood" but we were not at the house very much. Our weekend weather wasn't the greatest for beach time so we took off on motorcycle. Overall great long weekend!

It was comfortable as we had extended family staying with us and the space allowed enough room spread out the sleeping arrangements and we had enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready to go out! Close to restaurants and other areas of interest. All in all a perfect place!

This home is amazing! We have stayed at several rental vacation properties and never have we felt so welcome. There are so many great things about this home they are too many to list. From the towels being laid out with individual use toiletries to the brand new appliances. Everything was perfect about this home. Also a shout out to Pie at Suncoast properties for a great check-in experience.

The home Lived up to all promises! The only thing that should’ve been communicated more was that the 5th bedroom had a trundle bed

We stayed for 5 nights while attending a wedding close by. The property was more spacious than we anticipated with lots of room for grandparents, parents, and young children. We were provided everything we needed for our stay and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking our meals. The beach is just a short walk away, not requiring crossing of any busy streets. The views and sunrises are beautiful, and the area is serene.

Beautiful and clean home with a perfect ocean view, easy walking distance to beach, just 10 minutes outside of downtown St. Augustine.

Our family was in St. Augustine for the memorial of a loved one. Despite the circumstances, this was a perfect house. We were able to gather, laugh, and enjoy time together. Gretchen was especially fantastic .. she arranged to have a brand new pack & play delivered for our little nephew. We hope to return for much happier occasions in the future!

This 3-story beach home provided plenty of space for everyone. The third story is the main living area that provides spectacular ocean views. The availability of the elevator made it easy to bring groceries up to this floor. The kitchen had all the basics, and in addition to a Keurig, had two drip coffee pots. The third-floor balcony is equipped with brand new club chairs that are very comfortable and spacious. The home is thoughtfully decorated to create a sense of calm and relaxation. I found the King bed in the main suite quite comfortable, however others in my party reported the 2nd floor Queen and Full a little too soft. My 18-mo.old grandson required the use of a gate on the stairway. The stair opening is large and a standard 42” gate was not wide enough. We had one gate that was slightly wider, and with the use of Velcro straps we were able to secure it pretty well. If you have a toddler, I recommend a gate that opens to at least 46”. The garage is loaded with everything you need for the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, pop-up beach tent, and loads of beach toys. The ping pong table housed in the garage also provided some fun bonding time for me and the grand-kids. The kids especially enjoyed staying in the bunk room which included a foosball table. As far as parking, the driveway is not super long, but we were able to fit a large SUV, a medium SUV, and a mid-sized pick-up truck. Public access to the beach is a short walk away and along the path we encountered gopher tortoises several times, plus a beautiful dune that provides a great photo-op. The sand is tightly packed, so not only can you drive onto the beach, but also great for bike riding. I only needed to reach out to guest services once during our stay and they sent someone over within 2 hrs to meet our needs. Overall, we had a very nice stay and I was sad

Property was lovely, clean, spacious, functional...perfect for life long friends of a certain age to spend quality time together; however it provided accommodations for each of us to “escape” to our own quiet space.

First off the pictures don’t do the house justice. It was more beautiful and spacious. Nice location with beautiful ocean views. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and stores. The elevator was perfect because my elderly mother sometimes has to use a wheelchair. Being able to drive on the beach also insured she got a close look at the ocean. She loves sitting out on the balcony daily. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Master shower is heavenly. We had a smaller group than was planned but it worked out great because we had plenty of room to spread out. The cherries on top were being in a great location to see the SpaceX lift-off and learning a historic home where MLK Jr stayed is right across the street. The owner was very friendly telling us all about his new home. We will visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach in this beautiful house. It was spotless. The house is spacious, well laid out, and beautifully appointed. Pedestrian access to the beach was just a couple of doors down and car access was just a couple of more doors down. (We used the cart for some trips, but when everyone was going at once, we piled everything in the car.) The beach was wide and uncrowded. The property is also conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and St. Augustine. My only ding would be that the beach chairs, boogie boards, etc are not in good shape, and we had to purchase a few things. Also, the outdoor furniture on the uppermost deck (which I'm sure gets nearly constant use) needs refreshing. But no complaints! Thanks for a lovely time!

The property was beautiful as well as the location. Communication with the property manager was poor. There was miscommunication between the messages received from Vrbo and what the property manager had to say and then the property manager wouldn’t respond in a timely manner when what she said didn’t happen. The listing says it could house 14 which it had beds for but not enough linens/wash clothes. We ended up buying what we needed and left it for the next people. The light/ceiling fan fixture in the bunk bedroom did not work and was reported to the property manager the next morning after arrival and was never fixed. It appeared as if it was missing the light bulb needed but was nothing that could be bought cheaply at the store. So the kids didn’t have any light in their room the whole week we stayed. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, the beach was family friendly and clean. There were all kinds of games to keep the kids occupied. We brought a baby gate fir the 18 month old and used the elevator to get to and from the third floor so the other kids wouldn’t scratch up the walls. The view of the ocean was amazing! Overall this was a wonderful place to vacation!
