Bikes and beach toys and pool floats were a nice touch. We lacked for nothing to make us comfortable. Beach access was excellent for all of us, but the entrance to the beach was a bit steep. Not a problem for any of us but perhaps some trouble for an older grandparent, something to consider if you have a guest with mobility issues. Very close to St. Augustine too! Such a great property!

Everything was very nice. The location worked well for us. It was a lot closer to the beach than we expected and not far from all the restaurants and shops. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds and towels were exceptional. My grandkids enjoyed the toys for the pool, and the wagon for the beach was helpful. Umbrella for the pool needs upgraded. We would stay here again for sure.

The beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful, and the outdoor space was amazing. We did have a few disappointments in that the ice machine wasn't working, nor were the outdoor speakers, and we needed to buy a battery for the chirping smoke alarm when we arrived (we did find one in the kitchen a few days later), but they were easy to overlook considering the relaxing and wonderfully appointed house. My group and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Second Wind!

My friends and I couldn’t have asked for a better VRBO experience. The property was exactly as portrayed; very clean! The pool was amazing. The ice maker and large cooler were clutch for boating days. We all loved the location; close to St. Augustine downtown but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful at night. We enjoyed the quick 2 minute walk to the ocean. There were several wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well. Highly recommend this property!

I have to emphasize clean as I am a clean freak. The bathrooms and kitchen sparkled. The floors were squeaky clean and bedding was fresh and white! I had no problem laying my head down. There were also plenty of supplies: towels, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc. The house was very spacious and adequate for my three daughters, their husbands and four grand babies. The location was great. Directly across the street from the beach and a five minute walk to see the sunset! A five minute drive to a small shopping center with grocery and restaurants. And only 10-15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. We did have an issue while we were there. I contacted management via text and was answered immediately. We went out for the day and when we returned the issue was taken care of and the house cleaned up! The pool was great. However I suggest calling ahead to make sure they turn on the heat as it takes at least 12 hrs to get to temp. We went two days without use of the pool. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!

This was the perfect home for my 50th birthday weekend. Plenary of room for our party of 15. The pool, access to the beach, lots of room to spread out! Book now!

This property was all we could ask for. Check in and Check out easy and description was accurate. Great location and amble room for large groups. We recommend to families and or adult groups.

Our family looks forward to our summer trip from the time we leave our weeks vacation, we are already planning for the next year. This place did not disappoint. Gretchen thought of everything. The pool was excellent, beds were so comfortable, and every beach item you can think of was in the garage for your convenience. The most used item in the house was the ICE MACHINE! You never had to go to the store for ice which was awesome for a big family. I highly recommend.

House was extremely clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The kids had so much fun in the pool and it is so private which we loved. The beach access is just a cross the road and a short walk so we walked the beach every morning. We would definitely recommend this property.
