Nice neighborhood, clean and comfortable, great communication with host.

I would highly recommend this VRBO for families looking for comfortable stay in Seattle. The house was immaculate upon check-in, rooms were big and comfy (especially master bedroom). The bathrooms had plenty of space for my family of 4. Do be prepared for up and down living as this is a 3 story home, but that is expected for most homes in the Seattle area. Great location, easy access into the city, and plenty of food options and grocery stores to choose from. Laura (owner) was awesome! She was communicative through the week we stayed to make sure we had everything we needed. The guest portal she provided had all the information we needed to check in, get situated with things like TV’s and Thermostats for hearing (we went in March and still very cool). You will not be disappointed with this choice if traveling with a family!

Great location in Ballard with privacy and quiet neighborhood. Home was spacious, modern, clean and a joy to stay in. Only suggestion is wish kitchen had bar stools at fabulous island and area rug in family room would be cozy….if the downstairs (foyer) bedroom had access to the bedroom closet for hanging clothes would be helpful. In winter months would be nice to arrive with heat on as well. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to be responsive with any questions or issues. Would recommend this home and caring host. We stayed in this centrally-located Ballard town home to visit our son and his family. It was really well appointed and conveniently located to anything you need in the Ballard area. Check-in and communication with the owner/property manger was easy and attentive. We added a day to our stay and it was seamless. We were traveling with our dog and the home is dog friendly. We had brought our own dog bed, but they happened to have a Casper dog bed available. The off-street parking was extremely handy in the poor weather. I only wish we were there during the summer so we could have taken advantage of the roof top deck.

We received great communication from the host well ahead of our arrival. The home was exactly as stated in the listing. We had great comfort throughout the entire stay, and would definitely come back. The location was within a very short ride to many of our favorite attractions (Climate Pledge Arena, Space Needle, MoPop). Thank you, Laura for an absolutely wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time at the house in Ballard. It was walkable to all things Ballard, and had plenty of room for 5 of us. It was extra great to be able to bring the dog. Laura was responsive and helpful. All around a great experience.

We had a great stay. The house is modern, clean, comfortable, well-equipped and well-located. Parking is on the street but we were able to park right in front of the house with no problem, with no restrictions. We had our dog — there is a dog bed and bowls. We stayed four nights in November and were sad to leave.

Booking Very easy, good information, quick communication responses before booking and after. House Very nice for sure. Lots of room. Roof top had essentially 360 views. Had an amazing sunrise view. Main floor is quite roomy for family gatherings. Rooms are good, comfortable beds. Local wall heaters made it great for individual preferences. Master and main had programable AC. Did use as it was near 80s for us. Tons of windows for great natural lighting and open for catching the cool breezes. Location The owner mentioned the construction. To be honest, it is hardly noticeable. The windows do a great job at blocking the noise which wasn't much. They pretty much started after 8am and were done before 5pm. There is a little traffic noise from the road behind, but again, the windows were great. The neighborhood is very nice mixed of old and new. Lots of sidewalks and local parks. Lots of people walking around. Its a short few blocks to downtown with shopping and restaurants. Very nice lake near by.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. My grip is not with the townhome, it is with VRBO. Watch the fees they charge. The nightly cost is only half of what you will have to pay. Tremendous fees are associated with rentals. Check out all fees before you confirm. In this case, I would have lost 50% of the cost if cancelled right after I booked.

The property was amazingly clean and just as the images advertised. The master bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I came for a long weekend for his birthday and to go to the football and baseball games. It wasn’t to far from city center and the fields. Really great rooftop area. There are 4 stories so if stairs are a problem for you or your pets, this may not be the place for you. For us, it was perfect. The home was very clean. Enjoy!

My family and I were in town for a wedding and this was a wonderful place to stay. Extremely clean, with lots of thoughtful amenities. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental home! Everything was great - the place is very modern, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and wonderfully managed. I was very impressed by Laura's truly outstanding management skills - she had thought of everything that a traveler might need - from kitchen supplies to extra bathroom supplies (shaving kits, etc). The extra linen in the closet were even labeled for which bed they were for. Laura and her husband were very responsive to all of our questions, and even gave us some great advice on places to see and eat at in Seattle. This home was one of the best experiences we'd had with a rental home (and we had stayed at a lot of rental homes in the past during our travels in the US or Europe). Thank you, Laura and Dmitry!

The house was perfect for a family of four attending commencement ceremonies at the University of Washington. 15 minutes to UW and downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood, a short distance from the great restaurants in Ballard. The house was spotless and well stocked with whatever we needed. Definite favorite for anyone bringing a family to the Seattle area.

I regret the necessity to go to the host's online "platform" in order to read the details of how to run the house for five days--things would be considerably easier if there were just a printed brochure describing how to make the various conveniences work--heating/cooling, TV, washer/dryer, etc. But the whole world is going to that new-fangled option, so there's no use complaining. Fortunately, the host was extremely quick and responsive when I called about the malfunctioning smoke alarm and the bafflingly secretive temperature controls, and so we soon got over these initial difficulties and settled into a very comfortable stay while attending our granddaughter's graduation from UW, including miscellaneous other parties connected with that event. The property is spacious and pretty, and was fairly well appointed, and there were various thoughtful touches--coffee, popcorn, spices, lots of things of that sort were provided, and the linens, towels, etc., were of fairly good quality. The master bedroom is quite something to behold, but the other two bedrooms are not. On the whole, this was a very satisfactory stay.

We chose this condo due to its proximity to the marina, a close drive away. The condo is beautiful, current and comfortable. A large spacious kitchen, fully stocked and living room with a gas fireplace. Large master bed with comfortable king size bed and bath. Everything is clean and updated. There is a great roof top deck to enjoy in season. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. Be sure you are comfortable with stairs because the kitchen is on the second floor and the master bed is on the third. The parking can be tricky because it’s on the street and we had some difficulty finding the condo because it sits off the street in a back unit. We walked to restaurants and tge grocery store. All within a nice 15 min walk. The owners are very nice and communicative. Front door has combo entry making it super easy. Be sure to ask how to run the mini splits to heat and cool. We figured it out though it took a minute. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Perfect spot for our visit. Home was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the extra touches of snacks in the kitchen. The rooftop deck was amazing. Great views and plane watching.

This property is just as pictured. It is located in Ballard within walking distance of Ballard farmers market and many great markets and restaurants. The kitchen is perfect for gathering and the deck up top is a great place to enjoy the sun. The location is close to downtown but far enough away where it is more quiet. The host was very welcoming and communication was prompt and thorough. We would definitely stay here again for our next Seattle adventure.
