As we opened the door, the first words out of my wife’s mouth were “How clean this place is!” We made the best out of our time there as tropical storm Debby came through during our stay. My boys were able to kayak fish several days. They were successful! The pool was very refreshing when we able to use it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything you could need for a vacation. We will definitely be staying again.

The house was perfect. Plenty of room. Clean. In a great location. Would definitely stay again. We went shark tooth hunting and brought our paddle boards and paddle boarded out to the Peace river. We went to the beaches of Venice and Manasota and Caspersen. Great location! Thanks so much for letting us stay.

Very clean and lots of amenities. Could not have been more pleased with our stay. Great access to Charlotte Harbor for boating and fishing.

Highly recommend, very clean, close to beaches and restaurants, love the layout of the house and the pool and backyard area are very well maintained.

Easy to book and enjoyable to stay in. We had 8 steady family staying and 20 others visiting for dinners, pool, fire pit, and kayak time, and everything inside and outside made accommodating those gatherings possible and stress free.

Very comfortable with plenty of room. Beautiful pool area and plenty of outdoor space with firepit and dock area. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware and cooking utensils. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The property manager(Michael) was very responsive. Loved everything about the property.

This was a lovely property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We visited in the heat of July but we were comfortable in the air conditioning and the pool area was a big win! So well appointed with a table, lounge chairs and then a couple of comfortable Adirondack chairs on the dock. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to navigate. Well lit. Just a short drive to a grocery store or restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in this little oasis and we plan on returning

Felt comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. House was immaculate too. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, and sitting out by the canal. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. An all-around excellent setup, I will stay there anytime I need to be in Port Charlotte.

The house was clean, and comfortable. The kitchen lacked a few things, a working blender, an air fryer or toaster oven would have been good. Had to change some things. Beds were comfortable.

We appreciated the location and the pool and the the ease of check in/check out. We would definitely stay here again! For a pet friendly location, place was incredibly clean!

The inside of the home appeared to be clean, however, the pool had a ton of little bugs on top of the water. It is Florida so we just used the skimmer. The beds were extremely comfortable. All in all a nice place to stay.

It was a nice place to rent very close to Charlotte Harbor, dining and fishing.
