The cabin itself is very charming and cozy. It’s perfect for a weekend getaway with friends and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to kayaking, fishing, and other water activities. We really enjoyed our stay and highly reccomend Nancy and her cabin

Nancy’s Nest is a treat. Beautiful home, great location with huge picture window views. Fireplace and outdoor fire table added to the warmth of the home. Fun artwork all over. I loved going on the dock and enjoying the otters, the herons and the peaceful surroundings. You will not be disappointed.

Our family stayed at the Enchanting Lindal Waterfront Cabin for a wedding reception (at another cabin on Harstine Island.) The cabin is gorgeous, and we enjoyed the stay very much.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. There was lots of space for our family that included small children and older adults. The home could not have been more child friendly and we were able to stay entertained on both the gorgeous weather days and rainy days. Highly recommend!

Our stay was a weekend girls trip. I was a bit disappointed when I received the homes instruction sheet and it informed me "quiet time" was 10PM and the neighbors would call the owner if it wasn't adhered to. Since we planned on sitting in the hot tub and around the fire table at night to visit and drink - I was not happy this was not disclosed to me until AFTER I could cancel with a full refund. All rules should be posted prior to payment. It ended up not being a problem as the fire table was out of propane and would not light - and we didn't discover this until after dark our first night and we had been drinking so didn't want to mess with propane. The hot tub was green and filthy when we arrived. Thankfully we had tub owners in our group so knew how to "shock" it and made it usable. The intake at the bottom of the tub was clogged with needles and the there were TONS of needles and leaves in the water itself. The jets only worked on the house side of the tub. :-( The basement shower backs up and you're standing in 6 inches of water by the end of the shower. It was 95 the Saturday we were there.We found the thermostat but couldn't get it to change - it was set on 80 degrees. We had the patio and front doors open to catch the water breeze but were being tormented by the nasty yellow jackets! All amenities should be checked prior to each rental to ensure they are in proper working order.

Nancy’s place is a great waterfront property with peace and quiet. They also have kayaks and paddleboards for guests’ use and we loved having time on the water - and hang out with 4 seals that was popping up around us! Nancy is also a great and quick communicator, and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Nancy’s.

Easy check in

Accommodations met our needs perfectly with 3 families including 3 young children. The 3 levels of the house worked really well for naps & sleeping. The weather was nice so walking to the Marina park worked great. Two comments under cleanliness: I had to wipe down the refrig before use and an unrealistic expectation on check out day to empty the dishwasher of clean dishes before we left. Getting the laundry going is no issue, but having to hang for a hour for the dish wash cycle to finish & then put dishes away….Sorry we weren’t able to do that! Would recommend Lindal cabin and stay there again. Thank you!

Place was great, and loved bing on the water. Only issue was the wifi didnt work.

The views are great, the house is big and comfortable, and there are some nice trails nearby. We would stay here again.

Couldn't say more positive things about this home! Stayed twice now with family and we absolutely love it. Location is fun, house set-up is great, and wonderful book that tells all about the house and surrounding areas. Two things that are less than ideal, the stove top/oven are painfully slow (not sure if there is a flow issue with the gas but should probably be checked out). Also, the cleaning fee feels rather steep, especially because we do a decent amount of what the cleaning work should be.

Perfect property for family getaway! We had three couples and one with an infant, this house was set up in a way that each couple was able to have their own private area to retreat to after socializing in the beautiful living room or outdoor areas. The kitchen was well stocked with any tools we needed and the large kitchen table made for great family time. There were so many things on this property that we didn't even utilize, a painting area. Kayaks. Paddle boards, etc. Such a great property! A few hours before we checked in the owner cashed to let us know check in would be a little bit late and encouraged us to enjoy the dock if we arrived before the cleaning crew was done. He offered us a late checkout for the inconvenience. This owner clearly cares for the property and guests, it was a wonderful experience!

Property is perfect for a remote get-away. The house and backyard setting were very relaxing. Daniel was a very responsive and accommodating host. A couple of items were in a state of repair (automatic lighter on stove and a missing propane tank for the outdoor fire pit) but they didn't diminish our experience at the house.

My husband and I, my sister and my parents came to celebrate my parents 53rd Anniversary and we just had the best time together here! We all wished we had been able to stay longer. Would definitely stay again! The house was very clean, only the dishwasher needed to run a cleaning cycle before use. Everyone had there own space but the living room/kitchen/dining area was wonderful to hang out together and play games. We enjoyed using the paddle boards at the house and loved being right on the water and the dock access. The house is set up on a bit of a hill so we felt like we were staying in a fancy treehouse. Amazing stay!

Staying here was so relaxing and beautiful. The large windows and view made waking up so enjoyable. We kayaked and explored the island. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is in a great private spot. There is a nice patio with view on the trees/water to sit around day or night with a hot tub. The kayaks/canoe are a lot of fun to explore small remote beach areas on the island. The main living area has great views over the trees and water as well.

Recently my husband and myself, our two daughters and their families (ten in all) enjoyed our annual summer get together. This year we chose a gorgeous home on a perfect waterfront setting on Harstein Island. This home really lives up to its wonderful reviews: the view, the floor plan and decor, the dock with several kayaks, paddle board, etc and the numerous thoughtful extras all made this a fabulous vacation spot for everyone in our extended family!

We had an amazing time at this place. My friend and I went paddle boarding and kayaking on Pickering Passage and saw Orcas fairly close two days in a row. We have been waiting for something like that to happen for years. We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards but the ones At the cabin are really good ones. The bay is a great place to play in the water with them and a fast and easy paddle to the park, no car needed. The house was very nice with lots of space. Loved the totem pole! We would love to come back next ear and may be booking here again soon. The only issue I had was the lock on the front door it was very difficult to get locked or I may have been doing it wrong. I think I finally figured it out.

Our family wanted to all meet up somewhere near Olympia to spend time with our dad/father-in-law/grandpa and we thought finding a place that would fit everyone’s needs would be tough…but we found an amazing gem! This rental has everything! Big beautiful house with an amazing view, games, lots of water-crafts, hot tub, fire pit, fishing poles, beautiful dock on the water, just everything! We all had an amazing time…especially the kids/teens🤩. We can’t wait to come back. 😊

We all loved being so close to the water. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the greatest this year, but we were able to get out and kayak one day. Last year we were able to get out three times. We'll probably stay here again.

This is my third visit to this property in 15 years. The home is beautiful with plenty of space to share and for privacy. We all enjoyed the views, the water, and the company.

Daniels home was just the retreat site that me and my coworkers needed for some time of relaxation. It is located on beautiful Harstine island on quiet Jarrell Cove right across from the state park. We spent some time exploring in his boats he had made available for guests. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Hard to sum up everything about this "little" piece of paradise, it's so incredible. Beautiful, large cabin surrounded by trees overlooking the water...what more can you ask for? Kayaks, a canoe, paddle board (w/plenty of life vests), hot tub, fishing gear, arts & crafts, games/books, a ping pong table, movies, well stocked kitchen (lots of spices/oils/teas), comfy furniture/beds, easily accommodates a large party...I could go on & on! The location is quiet & peaceful, you see plenty of wildlife, on land & in the water. We were visited by deer! We definitely plan on coming back & would have stayed longer if it was possible! Our group of teens loved it so much, they are already trying to plan another trip! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. This home has so much life in it. We loved every minute. There was something for every age. Ping pong, art, video, kayaking, hot tub and more. Such a peaceful setting to enjoy family, friends and nature.

This property is definitely beautiful inside and out. Every little detail has been well thought out. From the great views, hot tub, pier/dock, jacuzzi and essentials it was perfect. We had a bit of trouble with the hot tub at first but, Daniel had no delay in answering all our questions. A bonus was seeing deer, great blue heron, and seals! We had a family of 6 in this place and it was more than enough. Highly recommend!

We rented this cabin for a relaxing girls weekend and it was just lovely. The location is gorgeous, and the cabin is even nicer than the photos, with beautiful tall ceilings, funky art, and comfortable furniture. It was the perfect size to host our group of 9 adults. Our only complaint was that the hot tub smelled a little funky so we didn’t end up using it. Overall would definitely recommend!

We had a relaxing time. From the 3 year old to the grandmother. Played games and made great meals in the well stocked kitchen. We saw deer and an otter. The monthly local community indoor market was only 5 min away. Such a peaceful place.
