Spa is excellent, breakfasts really good, nice rooms spacious and clean

Surprised balcony. Loveley touch that. Great communication. Facilitetated breakfast early for myself. Very comfy rooms and very pleasant atmosphere.

Breakfast was exactly what was needed - self service, excellent quality and very varied. Location is definitely ski-in and ski-out so absolutely perfect, but what made the stay exceptional for me was the staff. Incredibly friendly and engaging, nothing was ever too much trouble. First class!

Only a very small issue but in the family rooms the toilet cubicle is a little small making it difficult to sit and stand with the door closed if you are above a certain height

It had fabulous facilities with a great pool & spa. The rooms were were extremely comfortable and modern in style. The location was excellent and all of the staff were really friendly

Nothing it was brilliant

Breakfast was great. Lunch was great. All food was great. Location was super for a skier. Liked the quietness of hotel. Staff went above and beyond - something had leaked in my suitcase and a member of staff cleaned it for me. They put a kettle in our room as we liked a cup of tea. No probs when we asked for extra bed linen as I was cold at night. Don't like a hot room, but don't want to be cold either.

Only a couple of points. Would have liked a mirror in the ski/boot room area. A couple of misunderstandings with dinner reservation and orders but perhaps just language translation issues. Don't really like room keys hanging in unattended reception area.

The mattress was very comfortable, the space was modern and clean. We enjoyed the spa/swimming pool a lot! The staff was welcoming and extra nice, taking time to make the stay the best they could. They accommodated vegan options for dinner, and it was delicious.

I would suggest some type of vegan spreading for the morning buffet, maybe peanut butter or margarine, or plant based yogurt to eat with the granola.
