I would have preferred a little more privacy in the bathroom while sitting on the throne.

The standard of cleanliness during a Covid pandemic was exemplary: however we did wear our PS2 masks in the lift and stairwells.

Things have changed with new ownership and Covid: perhaps some of the special comforts will return in future.Fo

Dinner buffet for the price was very disappointing, I would of expected better quality of dishes. The type of place you take the food from the buffet but never finish your plate as its not quite what you expected it to taste like. Next time I will definitely take a la carte and hopefully be happier.

Great rooms, personnel, and the spa - we had a really nice stay, we will definitely be coming back someday.

The parking lot is quite small if you arrive late you may found that you have nowhere to park.

Flexibility of staff to alternate eating areas during buffet. Assistance in selecting wines which turned out excellent. Rooms are good. Breakfast selection outstanding and worth the extra.

People smoking in outside eating area, but I suppose that is Europe and not specific to the hotel. Parking spots tight
