La limpieza, el trato del personal en especial la nota de bienvenida de DORI con su botella de agua. La ubicación del hotel y lo bien conservado que está.

El poco tiempo que estuvimos no nos dejó disfrutar del sitio

Otrzymaliśmy bardzo przestronny i komfortowy apartament. Aneks kuchenny posiadał wszystkie niezbędne przedmioty. Sypialnia urządzona w nowoczesnym stylu. Lokalizacja również bardzo korzystna. Co prawda miejsce postojowe pod hotelem są płatne, ale miejsca bezpłatne są ok 5 min spaceru od hotelu. Personel bardzo pomocny i kontaktowy. Wybraliśmy ten hotel jako miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania całej Andaluzji i była to dobra decyzja.

Niestety największym minusem tego pobytu był bufet i śniadania. Rozumiem, że jest poza sezonem, ale żałowałam każdego wydanego na śniadania euro. Ponadto szklane drzwi do łazienki mają znaczne szpary, przez co słychać (i na dobrą sprawę widać) co, kto robi w łazience.

El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones muy limpias.

Fue estupendo. El apartamento es muy grande y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia tanto corta como larga. Esta muy cerca del centro. Tambien tiene un garaje. Lo recomendamos!

The AC was 🥵 the room wasn’t cold, no slippers and there’s no condititioner, the bed wasn’t comfortable

Very nice room with modern decoration, comfy bed, air conditioned room. Central location. All in all a great stay

The room was a bit dark and the lighting was inadequate. Also it can be hard to find parking, the hotel offers some parking but it was full in our case.

Very bad . The older woman who worked on Thursday the 20th was very rude to me . Did not offer any explanation at all . I refused to stay &!suggested that she should smile more . She has no sense of the word hospitality.

Not very clean, some dust and hair in some spots, breakfast very limited When we arrived had to fix the leaking sink in the bathroom

Very good location close to the city centre. Carrefour market just around the corner - this was actually great! We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are pretty basic but there was a balcony with a nice view.

I enjoyed it but my vegan fiancee was not fully satisfied with the variety of food. Bearly any veggies but they had fresh fruits, bread etc. - this was ok.

An amazing hotel to stay in a great location in Marbella, super central with super friendly staff!! The pool was brilliant too - we loved our stay and would 100% come back! Definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money!

Pluses of this hotel are receptionist and location, unfortunately that’s all

so let’s speak about minuses - it was really dirty!!! I found hair everywhere, in bed, bathroom, I even found smbds nail!!! Nail!! on the second day after cleaning was the same situation, they just gave new towels. Yes, I know it is a cheap hotel, but… it is hotel not a motel

Good location . Nice balcony . Breakfast was fine . Mainly continental but they will cook eggs and bacon etc if you ask
