The place was clean and looked like the advertisement. Check in and out were easy. Plenty of amenities and very close to town.

Recently stayed at this property for a girls’ weekend in Saugatuck. The house is very charming (especially the coffee nook!), comfortable, and clean. It had everything we could have needed and was located very close to downtown shopping and restaurants. Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. Would highly recommend and hope to be back in the future!

Great house with everything you need and more. Lots of great touches such as coffee provided ( in the cutest little coffee bar cabinet) as well as bathroom essentials in case you forgot anything. Very clean and comfortable. Although short walk to town, we drove since we had a long day of hiking. We will for sure stay here again!

This house is great! The attention to details was impressive. The location was perfect. It was a great long weekend getaway for my family. I highly recommend this house!

My girlfriends and I stayed here as part of our Girls Trip to Western Michigan. We absolutely loved the house. It was just gorgeous and in a perfect location to walk to town, especially since parking in the town is so hard to come by. Jason was a great host, offering tons of advice on where to go in Saugatuck. The house included all sorts of special touches that we really appreciated. They thought of everything that would make someone's stay more enjoyable. One of my all time best VRBO rentals.

The property was perfect, so many amenities that were well thought out.. the house literally had everything and anything we could've needed. The backyard stamped concrete patio and the firepit were a nice new addition. Beds super comfy, enough bathrooms for 5 women to get ready and just an overall easy and beautiful stay!

House in great condition and very well equipped. One mile from downtown, a nice walk to restaurants and shopping. Host very responsive. Nothing could have been better.

We've stayed in Saugatuck for many years and this property is unique for both being close enough to walk to town and feel secluded without neighbors on top of you! Recently updated back patio and spacious yard was great for the nights around the fire. House is in great condition and Jason was great to work with!

The house was awesome and perfect for our family. The location was very close to town which made it easy for us to drive or walk there. The house was very clean and smelled wonderful when we walked in. We also got to bring our dog which was great. Overall it was an awesome trip 10 out of 10 recommend this house and saugatuck.

The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because the backyard needs some upkeep. Otherwise, the house was very clean and tidy. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy.

We booked this home for Hope College graduation weekend. It was an easy drive (less than 20 minutes) to campus. We had a great stay here! I only wish we could have spent more time in this lovely home (in a quiet neighborhood) and really soaked in all it had to offer. We had a short visit to Saugatuck but will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits. It is the perfect place between Chicago and Detroit to meet up with our daughter and her significant other. The hosts had a pet friendly place and made the visit delightful. We appreciated all the little special touches such as the coffee and the little bathroom toiletries. We would love to go back in the summer or fall and enjoy the firepit.
