Súper clean, safe and comfortable villa, pictures don’t do it justice. Host was super clear with instructions, and check in was a breeze. Highly recommended.!!

Great communication with owner. Easy check in. Property had what we needed for three adults to have a great week. The stairs are steep and difficult to get a large suitcase up but the property was well worth it!

My son and I were very pleased with this Property. Most notably it was as advertised, and was a great space for a family. A nice ride from San Juan airport, Great spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner all within 15 mins...Close to many attractions, and located walking distance to the marina. The gated access provided peace of mind, and we rarely saw other persons within the grounds. My son enjoyed shooting hoops when we had a few minutes.

The property was very pleasant and had everything we needed. Pros- Driving distance from some popular beaches and restaurants. La Estacion BBQ was excellent. A/C and hot water was great. The kitchen has all you need to prepare anything. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was very nice. There was a feral cat with her kittens that lived just behind the apt that we enjoyed feeding and watching play from the patio. Cons- super insignificant stuff, like the fob for the security gate was dead (so we just used the code provided to us), no outside garbage cans, the instruction was to leave it by the tree out front but we didn’t feel comfortable with that so we just packed it out and found a can near the shopping center. Also the internet was weak. The Roku TV was large and had a great picture until you wanted to watch anything on it. Then it was super pixelated and kept stopping to buffer. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would stay again.

This villa is amazing,the apt.was very clean,rooms are big,comfortable beds.Very quite at night so you could relax after a beach day.Shopping,dining all close.Security at the main gate..smooth check in.Host was attentive.Definitely would recommend and looking forward to my next stay here.Thanks Krys!!!
