Spacious home conveniently located in Hurricane. Nice amenities in the community. Beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. Safe neighborhood. We would come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well stocked and maintained. It definitely met our expectations.

We had a group of 5 stay here and there was plenty of room for all of us. It had all of the amenities we needed to cook a few meals- even an air fryer! It was conveniently located to Zion and Costco. The only reason we docked a point for cleanliness was because there were ants in the entrance (not a ton, but enough to notice)

Matt was super responsive and accommodating the property was perfect for our race crew. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy spot to be close to Zion.

We stayed with our family for spring break to check out Zion. The space was lovely, the kids loved the pool and a very comfortable stay. Nothing negative about the rental or owner (all perfect), but would note it’s a decent drive to Zion National park each day, but it was nice to have a big comfortable space after hiking all day.

We wanted to explore Zion for a couple of days and this location and property was perfect. It was about 30 minutes to the park. We had 8 kids 12 and younger (2 families) and the kids had a great time at the pool while the adults hung out and barbecued. The kitchen was stocked well and communication with Matt was great.

Very clean and easy to find. Nice location for visiting Zion. Spent 3 nights and would book again if we come back.

We stayed at this townhome while in Hurricane for a baseball tournament. We really enjoyed the extra space as well as the amenities that we were able to enjoy as guests in this area. Our boys loved having their own room and were begging us to figure out what mattresses were on the beds because they said there were the most comfortable beds they had ever slept on!

We loved it. It was clean, had some games for kids, and plenty of room. The host was responsive and helpful in extending our stay an extra day last minute. We would go back.

This place was just what we were hoping for. It accommodated two families perfectly. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare all your meals. Spice rack was a nice touch!! The hot water was HOT and we never ran out of it. The linens were nice and there were ample pool and bath towels. The couches in the family room were a hit…so, so comfortable with pillows and throw blankets!! The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do. It was about 40 mins from Zion National Park, 15 mins from Sand Hallow off roading, and 30 mins from Kolob Canyon. Costco in Saint George was only about 15 mins away and there was a Walmart about 5 mins away with a large grocery area. One thing to note, if a 80 degree heated pool is a must for you, this may not be the place for you during the cold months. They were having a hard time keeping the pool above 60 degrees when we were there. Maybe this will change in the future. The hot tub, however, was kept nice and hot. Very nice locker rooms at the pool facility with showers. I still highly recommend this place even the the pool was not 80 degrees! Matt was wonderful to communicate with! I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, safe, and quiet. Some of the amenity descriptions are generous, even for this platform. "Lazy river"? Ok. Disappointing that after staying 4-5 days, we couldn't get flexibility on the checkout time. But there's nothing wrong with this place.

This property provided us exactly what we needed! We primarily were in Zion National Park throughout our stay and found this property to be the perfect distance from the park. It was very clean, well kept, provided a variety of ideal necessities and had a lovely community center to utilize. A highly recommended property to consider if you ever plan to travel to the area!

We had a family wedding at the base of Zions National Park. The location of this property is perfect for enjoying the parks and plenty of golf and activities next door. The place is new, very clean and decorated like a model home. My daughter commented several times she wanted to redo her own home to match the place. Great spot!!!

We were very happy with the space in 3 bedroom condo, the beds & living room were comfortable, & use of the pool. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Stayed at this property and made the 30 min drive to Zion every day. Very convenient, with lots of fun things to do in Hurricane as well.

This location and stay was perfect for our Zion vacation. The house had everything you would need for kitchen supplies and basic spices. Plenty of comfy bedding and towels. We loved the pool, kids enjoyed coming to swim after a long day exploring and hiking at Zion National Park.

It was good. Floor in kitchen was a little dirty upon arrival. No coffee but they stated they had it 1 spoonful left in container. Password for Netflix only signed in in the living room no other tvs which would be helpful. Nice location.

The place was prefect for our family get together, It was so nice having the pool and pickleball as well. Matthew was very responsive and helpful
