Cute and pretty comfortable place to stay. Parking and getting your bags up to the unit can be somewhat of a challenge if you have more than an overnight bag. (We were on a 10 trip with 2 days at this spot, so we had 2 roller bags). Great location, close to everything in Golden. Quick drive to Red Rocks.

This apartment is right in Golden- perfect location. Very well appointed. Very convenient to have the kitchen. Great for four people. Not for six like we had. The pullout couch is so uncomfortable with springs and bars in your back that it’s not usable. Comes with four towels even when you book for six. Requested more towels but no response. Great place- just not for six.

Nice place, but you need to send the codes for access and wifi password , a few minutes before start the check in

This is a great place to stay in a really nice part of town, however, it is on a busy street that is quite noisy especially in the morning. We have stayed in this location 2 times and would stay there again, but the noise definitely seemed to be worse this time than in the past.

Great property. We stayed with our adult children. Something for everyone in downtown Golden. We parked in the parking garage across the street and some days never used the car. The kitchen was nice and perfect for breakfast and light lunch. But with so many restaurants steps away, we ate dinner out every night. Had a very new and modern feel. Also felt very safe and secure.

Great place in the center of the downtown Golden. Able to walk to everything. Fun town and a really enjoyable long weekend.

The property is above a business right downtown, which was great for us wandering around the town, river and up to Colorado School of Mines campus (we were here to visit our son). The apartment was very clean and well-appointed, a nice kitchen which we used for breakfasts and occasional lunches (when we weren't out exploring!) Beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was typical, but didn't have blankets and several attempts to get some through the contact people was unsuccessful. We made do with throws and cozy pj's.It was very nice to have 2 baths and laundry facilities. The only drawback was that we could often hear music from the business downstairs late at night/early morning. It wasn't loud enough to be a major problem, but it was definitely there.

The property is fully equipped with everything one would need in a property, the check in was easy to follow. The property location is right in the heart of town and everything is easily walkable from the unit. The unit was very clean and the communication was proactive throughout our stay. Hope to stay again soon.
