Great property - clean, new and comfortable. Host was very responsive to all questions. Easy access to Black Mountain downtown (3 minutes) and Asheville (20 minutes). Well equipped with everything we needed.

Our family was attending and FCA Camp at the Black Mountain YMCA. This home was 2 min away. The owner was VERY communicative and the home was exactly as pictured! Will stay here again next year!

Black Mountain Side is a new, clean, and comfortable home conveniently located between downtown Black Mountain and the Village of Cheshire. Our family of four (plus a small dog) found the home to be spacious and well appointed throughout our week-long stay. For those with EVs, the universal charger in the garage was also super convenient and made it easy to travel to Asheville or further afield for day trips. We would highly recommend booking this home, and we hope to do so again in the future!

The place is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was perfect for anyone who likes to cook. The screened in sun porch was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable. The place has everything you need supplied and in a great location. The host is great with communication too. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Black Mountain Side. The home is very conveniently located, just minutes from the downtown area, dining, and grocery.

House was pretty much as stated. Master bed comfortable. Extra blanket provided. Nice to have a tesla charger for my son in laws car. Everything was new. Toaster oven, coffee makers, tea pot provided. Neighbors seemed nice. Location made it very easy and quick for us to get to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore or the Grove Park Inn which we visited. Entry from front door was easy enough and code was set up at our arrival. Driveways are a little short, as expected in a townhome community.
Dining table benches were a bit unsteady but manageable. There were also stools but we didn’t sit on them.

Black Mountain Side is a very special place. It was extremely clean and spacious as well as bright and cheerful. The beds were very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking in the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the fireplaces in the living room and sun porch since it was still chilly in late March. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and if we come back to Black Mountain we would hope to stay there again.

My pup and I really enjoyed our recent stay at this home! Glen was a great host of this property. The home is in a wonderful neighborhood, conveniently located. It's new, so we enjoyed all the amenities a new home brings. I highly recommend it.

This home was fantastic and as advertised! We were greeted by wine and snacks upon arrival. The bedrooms and living room and kitchen were spacious. The sunroom was perfect for winding down in the evening. It is in a new neighborhood and very close to downtown BM and a short drive to downtown Asheville. Communication with Glen was timely and accurate, even with surprise road re-paving taking place. Will stay again!

The condo was in a great location for us (between the hikes on Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville), it was very clean and comfy. It was perfect for our stay!

Comfortable, clean, and spacious home for a weekend getaway with the family! The screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out. The two large King sized beds were a rare and great feature as well. Glen was a lovely and responsive host. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Glen is an outstanding host with a superb home. Location was quiet, warm, and spacious. Could not be in a better location to experience Asheville, Henderson, Chimney Rock and Black Mountain all in 3 to 4 day trip. Looking forward to another future stay at this location.

This was likely the best VRBO that we have visited. The home was nearly new and very well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. The bathrooms had all of the essentials, in ample supply. The property was clean and thoughtfully decorated. The owners were easy to communicate with and the nearby town of Black Mountain was a real treat, with plenty of great dining and shopping. Beautiful mountains with lots to enjoy outside as well. Highly recommended.

This home is perfect for a stay near Asheville. It was so comfortable, clean, and beautiful. Everything is brand new and we lacked nothing. It is decorated so nicely! We enjoyed many hikes daily and a trip to the Biltmore Estate. It is a lovely place to stay for a getaway trip!

The property comfortably housed our family of 4 (2 grown kids) for a week and provided the perfect launching pad for daily adventures in Asheville, Black Mountain, Montreat, Pisgah, and surrounds.

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed in with VRBO. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient for exploring surrounding area. Black Mountain is a really charming town with good restaurants and great little shops. We will definitely come back.

This property is so beautifully decorated and as clean as it could possibly be. The owner Glen was helpful in every way. The beds are so comfortable as well as all the furniture is. We loved the sun porch. If you are in this area you will be very happy with this home. A nice extra provided was wine, snacks, espresso and hot chocolate during our stay which is above and beyond. Quick trip to Black Mountain for a long weekend. House was great. Super clean and very comfortable. Owner very responsive. Also close to town and hiking opportunities.
