House was spectacular! Great amenities, roomy and spacious. Outside the glitch with the door code it was a great stay.

This house was perfect for our entire family for Mother's Day gathering! Plenty of room for our mother as well as our girls and their families with small kids in tow. Beautifully decorated and completely stocked with everything needed. We will be booking this again on another trip. Thank you!

It was perfect

The house is great, well equipped and centrally located, just a short walk to town. Bedrooms and bathrooms spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, large dining room with lots of seating for large families and large, comfortable living room. Description should note that access to the two bedrooms upstairs is only through front porch which was problematic due to the only bathroom upstairs not working. Called management and they sent someone who said they would order a part. Unfortunately it didn’t correct the problem for our stay :-( All it needed was a new flapper. Our check-in was horrible!! Called Vacasa several times to confirm my reservation and for check-in code and directions which I received day of while driving to the property only to find out they had given us the wrong code for both the front door AND porch door to upstairs bedrooms. Previous guest had also noted trouble with codes and check-in. The house is great but management team needs to up their game and care of property; both toilets had mold and front porch needs to be cleaned.

Loved this property! Very clean, spacious, and well appointed. Kitchen has everything, including TWO full size fridges. Master bath is great, with 2 sinks and walk in shower. Upstairs bedrooms with lots of comfy sleeping space. Lots of parking in the back, with room for our boat. Check in was a little cumbersome, but we discovered front porch door leads to upstairs bedrooms. Lock box combo didn’t work, but back door code matched info given. We never solved unlocking/locking front door from outside, but made it work for our group. Left management a message to solve front door issue. Would stay here again!!

Exactly as advertised! Walkable to downtown and the bay. Short drive to the cape. Great value and charming place
