Most of the staff is ok however you can tell how much backlash they receive from the guests

The whole hotel needs a seriours refurbishment, everything is extremely old and the lack of maintenance shows everyhwere.

the air coniditionair in the upstairs room didn't work so well despite we told to the reception. so i slept on the sofa in the downstairs room

Stunning view,

no clear directions after making a Dinner resorvation very noisy with Aircraft taking off and landing nearby. No English speaking TV Channels apart from BBC news.

The pool was clean

The breakfast was plain, the dining room very crowded and always had to wait and look for a table, poorly ventilated room just above the entrance so there was noise and light, but I wish that would be all. There was a leakage in the bathroom of the room the staff tried to hide by painting the ceiling and cleaning the sink while I was away but left my ruined and dirty cosmetic bag that was wet and full of mud because everything from a broken pipe spilled inside. I had to throw away makeup and cosmetic products worth of 150 euro, spent more than an hour cleaning everything else and felt that my vacation was ruined. I talked to costumer relations manager that assured me there will be compensation, but the day after demanded to receive the damaged products that I throw away for insurance, refused to accept the videos i took and refused to compensate me. This could happen anywhere, but the problem is with the way the hotel dealt with the issue. I paid a lot of money to be treated like a thief and liar that tried to get money from the hotel and got my property ruined. Terrible experience, terrible costumer service, total nightmare.

We had a lovely stay at the Corfu Holiday Palace. We stayed in the villa, and the staff had left some lovely goodies and a bottle of prosecco to help us celebrate a hen do. I had another room booked for other members of our group, and realised I booked it for the wrong day!! I was mortified, but the staff on Reception sorted it out with no issues. In fact, they upgraded us to a sea view room, which was so appreciated. Lovely facilities, and the beach/pool areas were fabulous.

Unfortunately, the lift down to the beach was under maintenance. However, there is a path down to the beach which is totally fine.

The breakfast was really nice! probably the best breakfast we have had on our holiday. The room view was absolutely fabulous and the location of the hotel on their own private beach was amazing! Definitely returning next year

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work at all after numerous attempts at it.

The location is so beautiful, looking out over the Ionian sea. There is a very regular & cheap bus service, 2A, into Corfu Town. The bedrooms are light & spacious. We asked for and were given connecting rooms. All kept spotless

breakfast was good. the bungalow was large but very tired the bathroom fittings were worn outing needed changing the hot water often run out. the view was nice a good view of the airport runway. very very noisy day and night. the pathway to the bungalows were dangerous with lots of stairs. the highlight was the bar and the terrace was great and the bar service was brilliant.

reception was very average and quit often very rude. the owners need a good look at themselves the hotel needs complete renovation there was a big group of us approxinately 60 people none would go back certainly no 5 star.

very run down and tired. Definitely not value for money. Room was very stuffy and aircon didn’t work very well. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Room was small. Bathroom had some water damage. Staff were friendly but not very helpful with information regarding activities

Hotel had nice view (the sea view room), very greeny surroundings which was nice and nice beach.

Hot water issues in the room between 17:00 -19:00 pm was not nice. Also the pool was not as nice as expected. Last, the food in the buffet (breakfast and night time) was a lot (big variety) however flavor wise was average for a 5 star hotel.
