- Great location with amazing view - The kindest staff I have ever met - The rooms and the hotel are beautiful, clean and really cozy - The breakfast is absolutely fantastic with delicious coffee I fully recommend this hotel, I am sure I will return.

swimming pool not very cosy, cold water in the pool, even in the jacuzzi the hotel is very close to the lift, but the ski room is located in such a way that you have to walk a little, which in my opinion does not meet the declaration of access to the hotel on skis

It's hard to find words to describe the kindness and the professionalism of all the staff members. The whole concept and practice of the hotel is an outstanding instance of the Austrian hospitality. For example they pay attention to provide for their hotel guests having checked out in the morning a changing room in the afternoon - which is very helpful for skiers coming down from their last run.

Friendly and welcoming staff, Superb location and room. Lovely breakfast with a great variety of food. Hope to stay there again.
