We enjoyed the warm welcome and the attentive staff with very helpful suggestions of where we could go each day. Breakfast on the terrace was perfect as was our evening drink before we walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The parking was on site and our room was large with a beautiful view of the countryside.

Beautiful location especially for a delicious breakfast on the patio. Staff were very friendly. Room was very spacious with a view to the mountains. Very quiet at night. Spello is a quaint, hospitable and easy to get around city.

I loved the location, the comfort of the room and bed, the delicious breakfast, and most of all the very kind and helpful staff. The room felt so comfortable and cozy after a cold day of exploring. Giada even called a taxi for us to see Assisi. I would definitely recommend staying here again and again!

I came here for a quiet getaway so that I could get work done while enjoying a quaint town and a gorgeous view. The place was perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They frequently checked in to see if I needed anything and offered me free water and coffee. The breakfast was also lovely!

Bad mattress needs urgent change, it was very old. Blankets are of the military type and needs urgent change. Shower was smallest in the world... (about 60X60cm, 24X24inch...) I think it was manufactured for doll house but was cheap enough to be used for tourists... even a thin person had to enter sideways...

The hotel is located in the heart of Spello - which is priceless!!! There is a beutifull balcony with an amazing view at the reception floor where we also took our breakfast. Breakfast was suficient, as well as the room. Our room was cleen and we had a beutifull landscape. Staff was extreemly nice and eficient and gave us some good advices (Jada). The hotel meet our expectations. We enjoyed beutifull Spello.

Fourth place we stayed during our road trip and definitely the best so far! Great location and helpful staff. Comfortable clean big rooms with an amazing view!

The location was superb. in the old town and with a breathtaking view from our room window. the bed was large and comfortable. Both room and bathroom weren't huge but again really comfortable with pleasant furniture. the shower cabin is a bit on the small side but the shower was perfect. What we really liked is the family who run the hotel. Always with a smile, they made us feel welcome and did their best to accommodate us. Breakfast is just lovely. there is a selection of homemade cakes to choose from (we had them all). Then more food then fresh homemade fruit salad, then more food. The breakfast veranda is overlooking the luxuriant hills around Spello, and it was the perfect start to our day, we could have sat there for ages! Just one more note regarding the current climate. Hygiene and cleanliness were of the highest standards, and we felt 100% safe everywhere in the hotel and at all times.

There was a small problem in the room but they came rightaway to sort it out for us, which was good. Also, our room was on the second floor and we did not see a lift, so you'd better check if that is what you need.
