Die Lage ist prima! Der Bahnhof sehr schnell zu erreichen; der zur Unterkunft gehörende Stellplatz im Parkhaus ist unschlagbar; die Nahversorgung mit Geschäften aller Art und Restaurants super! Die Unterkunft ist sauber, lediglich ein wenig bedürftig im Bad. Der unerklärliche Raumduft nichts für unsere Nasen, aber das ist Geschmacksache.

It was a good distance to local metro, had some selection of food places and things to do near by but not the greatest but ok for essentials

Lack of privacy, could have net curtain so light can still come through and without being exposed. Some Tiles were broken in bathroom. Cabinet in kitchen with no handle. Felt very run down. Towel provided looked very old and didn’t feel comfortable using this. Mat in the bathroom looked so old and dirty so place felt unclean, light fixtures not fitted properly and not very bright lights

Air conditioner Area

Apartment location is superb. 4 minutes walk away from the RER. Connection to Downtown Paris and to Disneyland could not be easier. Everything is nearby, Monoprix, Carrefour, good bakeries, restaurants, pizza places, etc.. all 2 to 3 minutes walking distance. Attention from the owners from the beginning until we left was perfect. Their assistance to try to solve any issues and to book a taxi to airport, all was perfect and highly appreciated.

the position is very good. you do 2 minutes to the entrance of the rer station and you are in 40 minutes at disney and 20 minutes in center of paris. also easy to go to charles de gaule airport. the apartment is nice decorated and the beds are confortable. they offer good info to get to the apartament and respond fast if you have a problem.

they say the apartment has air condition, but when we arrived it was just a simple fan (ventilator). next they realized it was hot outside and they brought a mobile air condition unit, like in the picture from below. the problem with this kind of air condition is that you have to keep the window open all night so it connect with the main unit. and outside it’s noise. the apartament is right at the intersection, one of the streets having lots of cars. so you can’t sleep with the window open. also the view of the apartment is nice, but if you stay there it’s not the best thing because there are a lot of windows and you feel like everybody is looking at you. and the last minus is that the shower wasn’t working properly. the come fast to solve it, but the solution was to stop the water from the manual head and the water was available only from up (ceiling).
