Very lovely home and clean/well appointed

Clean and comfy.

We stayed here over Spring Break with our 4 boys and had a great time! The house is very clean, and the decor was stylish and comfortable. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, and driving distance to Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon. The owners were responsive when we needed them. Our favorite part was the yard where we grilled, had a campfire and played lots of cornhole. It was all perfect!

Great central location from several places to explore and National Parks. A very cozy, home away from home, kind of feel. Quiet neighborhood and the patio is a perfect little retreat. Living room couches were comfy and had enough room for everyone.

Great spot for southern Utah adventures. We visited the Grand Staircase and White pocket on this trip.

Kanab is such an awesome town and the location of this house is perfect for walking to town or sightseeing. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the manager was fabulous. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful views! Loved it!

We had a nice stay at Taylor’s house in Kanab. It’s in a convenient location in town and had all the necessary amenities to cook, relax, and sleep there comfortably. When we had an issue with the heat, Taylor was responsive and accommodating, and the issue was fixed by the next day. Made for a nice home base while hiking in the area.

Great location for our Grand Canyon rim to rim hike. Only an hour and a half drive from the North Rim and three and a half from the South Rim. We needed a "Goldilocks" place for optimal hike prep and recovery. House was very clean, beds were comfy, couch was plush, great heating and air conditioning to keep constant temperature for prime resting conditions! Would definitely book again!

The house is in a great location to town . Just a block away from the grocery stores and visitor center. Kanab is a great place to stay to see Zion, Bryce Canyon, North Rim of Grand Canyon and other local trails and parks. The house itself is very nice. There is no door between the master bath and the bedroom which I wish it would have had one for privacy but we managed around that. I would say if you’re looking for something in this area this is a good pick .

We stayed near Arches National Park and visited other parks as well. The place was exactly as advertised and well kept. The only problem we has was that we had no TV or Wi-Fi for three days as the modem wasn’t working. After several calls to owner we ended up going to cable company which was just down the road and picked up a new box and installed it. No problem

We absolutely loved our stay! Great proximity to Zion, Bryce, Page, Coral Pink Sand Dunes in addition to the quaint, adorable town of Kanab. Access to laundry, cleanliness, comfortable bed...nothing bad to report! We will be back!

Within an hour of all the parks, the place was clean and quite. Excellent, if we ever go back I will look to stay at the same place

Taylor was great with communication and had a great place to stay for my family to re-charge and feel like home for a little while. Thank you Taylor for a wonderful stay and great backyard views!

Zion canyon, Bryce Canyon, Grand canyon North Rim, Antelope Canyon are 1.5 hours from this house. I love it for convenience to go to any canyon. Rooms are so clean and nice. Only problem is that there is no bathroom door in the master bedroom. Except that, perfect place to stay for a couple of days. Strongly recommend. I will visit again.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights so we could explore the area. Tyler was very responsive to questions and our request for a date change. He also responded immediately with a new propane tank when the installed tank was empty. We cooked in 3 nights and ate out the other nights—hubby said the grill worked great! The house is spotless and furniture is very comfortable. We enjoyed being close enough to walk into town. The covered parking was an added bonus. So glad we found this gem!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home is within walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket. National Parks are within driving distance for day trips. Outside seating is great to enjoy in the morning and evening. We did have an issue with the keycode lock on the front door, but the owner brought a key and left it for us to use for the remainder of our stay.

This was by far the best rental we had on our 2 week traveling vacation. It was very clean, spacious and well stocked. The beds and couches were comfortable. The deck had a beautiful seating area complete with adorable kids play house. The location was great and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience. The house has recently been updated and.was so cute! It's in a perfect location. We easily walked to some restaurants and the grocery store. Kitchen items were a little sparse. More silverware as well as essential cooking items would be great. I think the rental is pretty new, so I'm sure it will be more stocked as time goes on. We had an issue with something in the house the first day we were there and Taylor took care of the issue right away! We loved the backyard and the covered deck. There's such a lovely view from both. The bed in the primary bedroom was super comfortable. I really liked the layout of the house. The openness of the living and dining area accommodated our family if 5 nicely. After arriving home, I realized I left a necklace and earrings in the rental. I contacted Taylor who then contacted the cleaning company and much to my surprise, the cleaning company had them. Taylor mailed them to me, which I appreciated so much! She really went above and beyond. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was great. The house was the perfect location and room for all of us comfortably. The host was helpful with information we asked. Would recommend anytime. I took a chance and booked even though our friends had backed out of trip. Had to be a God thing because we asked our daughter's family to go and they did which made it great! Thanks so much for this family turning their home into a rental on VRBO.

Well kept place. Bigger than to 2 of us needed but would be nice for a larger group. Quite neighborhood. We enjoyed.

We came to Kanab to hike, and it was a good decision. The scenery and the hiking are terrific and Kanab is a lovely town with good amenities. Our VRBO was excellent and we highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to the area. Taylor is a very accommodating host who provided the information we needed and who was responsive to all our requests.

This house was perfect for our one night stay between Bryce and Zion. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and the number of rooms worked great, and there was ample parking for a big vehicle. It was clean and close to several restaurants and a grocery store. We had a minor incident (not the host's fault) and Taylor communicated quickly.

Even better than it seemed in the listing. I can tell the whole house was recently renovated with great care. The layout, especially the bathroom placement is a little unusual, and I might have dinged it 1 star for that, but the whole house is so nice. The utinsils are a bit sparse, and the kitchen water pressure a bit low, but overall pretty great.

Our family of 5 enjoyed 3 nights at Taylor's home in Kanab. It's a perfect location for day trips to Bryce Canyon, Zion, Horseshoe Bend, and so many other great canyons and adventure hot spots. The house is very charming and we all fell in love with it for its charm and comforts. The sofa is to die for - reclining seats and a huge TV for family movie nights. The master suite is palatial, the photos don't do it justice. We would have like a few more kitchen utensils as we cooked all our meals, but that's a minor point. We loved staying here, great communication from Taylor and will definitely be back if we venture to Kanab again.

The house was fabulous! Clean, comfortable and super cute! The hosts were fantastic with communication and left a birthday wish and balloon for my sister and I. Location is within walking distance of everything. I would highly recommend this listing for anyone traveling to see the many sites of Kanab. You definitely will not be disappointed.
