We mostly enjoyed the property and found the beds to be comfortable. The bathroom door hinges were loose, and the shower was a bit worn out looking. The most disturbing aspect was seeing 12 police cars after midnight because of a shooting one block away. We had our children staying with us. We would not recommend this home for families with children, unfortunately. Otherwise there are plenty of beds and room. It is too bad the neighborhood is not safe.

Communication and location were both great. The furniture in the house is very worn. The kitchen is dated. The kitchen cabinetry is missing molding. The vent above the stove is dented. A couple of blinds had holes (though the one in the bathroom was replaced as soon as I let the owner know). There were business cards from several Gentlemen's Clubs in the area in one of the kitchen drawers. The concrete steps to the rear door are crumbling. One of the neighbors has a rooster that served as our wakeup call early in the morning. Make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo for the shower.

The house was great! The extra AC unit upstairs was perfect, the house was clean and had all the supplies we needed. Very short ride to Broad Ripple, and close to everything in the city. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

The inside of this property was clean and as billed. Repairs needed to the ceiling and furniture did not impact our stay. The upstairs bedroom/loft was very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is transitional. I passed by the house twice thinking the property couldn’t be a VRBO—the yard was overgrown and the grass and weeds had gone to seed (therefore the 3 star for property cleanliness). A retaining wall was in need of repair. Again, this did not impact our stay, but these are easy fixes that would improve the star ratings. I would stay here again if the goal is to have a clean living space for a large number of people to sleep.

This house looks NOTHING like the pictures. The furniture is torn to shreds. The carpet is stained so badly. The entire place REEKS of smoke. In general, it is absolutely FILTHY. I am a country girl, and I can handle a little dirt… but literally the local, sticky motel room would have been better! I had to hype myself up to even lay down in the bed… it was disgusting, but at 1:00am after driving all day, I didn’t have another option. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PLACE!!

Hidden gem, perfect for our overnight stay! Plenty of space all throughout! Definitely on our list to stay at again!
