Jeff was a great communicator through the whole reservation/trip. He was very kind and always prompt. The house is amazing. I am a clean freak and this place was clean. The location is great. There's a ton of space. Close to everything (have to drive). The community pool is nice. The hot tub at Jeff's place is great. Beds are great. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed there with 2 other adults and 6 Girl Scouts. It was the perfect space for us. The scouts utilize the pool, hot tub and video game console. A very easy short drive to Highway 76 and all the fun. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Branson again.

Beautiful and clean property. We brought our youth group for a youth trip, and this property was perfect! Huge rooms and living spaces! Perfect for big families, youth trips, and more!

We had a great stay! The house was very spacious. Even with 10 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 children, we never felt crowded. We appreciated that a previous reviewer had mentioned that there was a Keurig machine there. Also, we discovered that in the master bedroom closet there were a high chair, a baby bed, and a gate for the stairs. The gate for the stairs was a VERY important find. The hot tub and pool up the street were enjoyed by all. Wonderful experience! We would stay there again.

Our family and friends enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home near Branson! It was clean, with checkout process posted on the fridge. It was the perfect place for our families to stay and have some time together.

This property had everything we needed! It was clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked!! I saw a negative review regarding parking. FYI, it has room for two cars in front of the unit, but overflow parking is available nearby. I would not hesitate to book again in the future!

We have stayed at a couple of the homes in this location. We love all the space and that it's two levels. This listing says pinball machine but it's an arcade machine with several classics like pac man, dig dug, galaga and a ton more. We had fun with it! The only downside was the back deck. The railing was falling apart so we couldn't use it much due to having littles. We did let the manager know. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend!

Internet very spotty...went out frequently!

The only thing that we would of liked more is better parking and the pool to be open later.

There were 8 of us staying and had plenty of room for everyone. Everything was as described online except there is a Keurig coffee maker there. I wish I would have known that prior to the trip so I could have brought my favorite coffee pods. Not complaining, just trying to get the word out there for future occupants. Other than that, it was great! We will be back!

Property was great..well maintained, clean, spacious, we had everything we needed. Check in was simple and hassle-free. We had a good time. The only negative was that parking for more than 2 vehicles was very inconvenient. Thank you for an easy experience!

The house is adorable! We didn't experience any issues there. The neighborhood is very nice and full of vacation rentals. The location was close enough to the attractions but had a remote woodsy feel. I'd stay there again.

The house was very nice and worked great for our family vacation. The property was not cleaned and put back together when we got there. We had to call the property manager to get the cleaning people out there. We got through that. My reason I would be opposed to renting again. This is a five bedroom house with three bathrooms. We had eight adults and five children. You provide two small parking spots. The over flow parking is way up on top of hill or all the way at the bottom. This is a huge inconvenience. We had five children under the age of four. So no matter whose car went to overflow we needed something from it. I didn't pay this kinda money have to deal with this. Then, let's talk trash The main trash can at the residence is so small and had to be emptied frequently. With eight adults and five children you generate a lot of trash. To take the trash to the dumpster you had to load it up in a car and drove to the dumpster which was a good 1/4 mile away. Another big inconvenience Through all of this we managed to have a great time.

Our group of 5 families rented this home for a weekend while we attended a wedding. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time interacting with family. We were most impressed with all the little extras that were there like dish soap, dishwasher soap, detergent for the washer, irons, hair dryers, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked.Greg was very easy to work with and prompt in replying.

Beautiful location and easy access to the Branson area.

We have stayed in Branson many times and each time we stay in a different place just because we are alway searching for some place better. This has been one of our most favorite places so far! We love that it's not too far from the strip and other attractions but it's still very woodsy. The home was very clean and the beds comfy. Thank you so much for being so kind and easy to work with. Location was a short drive from the Branson attractions. This beautiful Condo has plenty of room for families and space for the kids to play. The best part is the free play pinball machine!

This is a great vacation house! We had our large family there all weekend, and it never felt crowded. Close to Branson and numerous dining locations, also. Definitely would rent again.

We had a large family gathering and everyone had a great time. It was nice to have two separate areas for people to gather. The kids were able to watch a Star Wars marathon in the basement and play the pinball machine. The adults were able to gather in the main living area to relax and visit. We enjoyed being able to cook family meals and have everyone present. Plenty of room for our group of 14.
