Mi è piaciuta l'assistenza telefonica per aiutarci ad individuare il posto che è raggiungibile solo a piedi o con mezzi autorizzati a transitare nella area ZTL, mezzo che ci è stato inviato (anche se a mie spese) per prelevare noi due e i bagagli. Mi è piaciuta la pulizia giornaliera e rifacimento del letto della stanza. La disponibilità a cambiar stanza in quanto quella in cui abbiamo soggiornato i primi due giorni aveva bisogno a mio avviso di manutenzione. La presenza di un mini frigorifero è stata gradita come la presenza di un climatizzatore silenzioso nella seconda camera che è stata sufficientemente ampia da permettere la presenza di due sedie e due comodini nonostante il letto matrimoniale a due piazze (comodo).

Sono già stato presso la struttura qualche anno fa quando era gestita come B&B. Non ho fatto caso che le modalità di gestione sono cambiate. Oggi bisogna avere la consapevolezza che si tratta solo dell'affitto della camera. Quindi niente colazione o altri pasti inclusi (a pare le presenza di due cialde di caffè trovate nella stanza). La stanza che c'è stata inizialmente assegnata (N.14) era troppo piccola da non potere contenere due sedie o un piccolo tavolo. Inoltre suggerirei di mettere un letto una piazza e mezza e non un letto matrimoniale a due piazze viste le dimensioni della stanza. Tollerabile il frigorifero che da un lato del letto faceva da comodino (che ho ribattezzato simpaticamente "frigodino"). Non tollerabile il temporizzatore della luce delle scale troppo corto e con i bagagli in mano è stato disagevole trovare al buio l'interruttore per riaccendere la luce più volte. E' presente un piccolo ascensore, ma per chi soffre di claustrofobia non è idoneo. Nei bagni non ho trovato il classico scopino per pulire i water (scelta aziendale?). Il climatizzatore della nostra prima stanza era eccessivamente rumoroso tanto da scegliere se vegliare la notte per il caldo col climatizzatore spento e le persiane aperte o vegliare per il rumore con le persiane chiuse e il climatizzatore acceso (Serve manutenzione alla camera 14!). Il cambio camera è stato gradito e gli altri due giorni abbiamo riposato e trovato l'ambiente più confortevole e adeguato al soggiorno (e sonnotte...)

The room was clean and in a great location . There was a great view of the water from the room

There was no staff at the property to greet us even though we sent the time we were Arriving . If it was not for the very kind person who cleaned the rooms I am not sure we would have gotten into our room without more of a delay . The next day there was no one at the property for check out .Also I was not comfortable about sending pictures of my passport via phone .

Beautiful b and b. The room was nicely decorated and very spacious.

There is no breakfast service-not even a cup of coffee. Aldo was not good at communicating. We ended up waiting for for 45 minutes to pick us up even though he knew when we were arriving. It is a very hard walk down to the hotel with the luggage so you have to rely on him to help you. He agreed to take us back to our car with our luggage at check out but then we were charged without him telling us upon check in which we thought was a bit dishonest.

Not hot water. Could not get a shower during my 2 nights stay. Really disappointed.

The room was all right. Good shower, bed and air-conditioning –useful during my stay in the winter. The bathroom is relatively small, but it’s just okay. The small fridge was also practical/welcome. The Location is good –not in but nearby the centre. To walk around in Scilla is nice anyway!

Nothing significantly bad to remark here. (I didn’t have/ask breakfast so I can’t evaluate that.)

It was a spacious room and the balcony had a view of the ocean and Castello Ruffo.

The accommodation was amazing, very romantic and traditional. It was something else! We would definitely stay here again!
