Size of room, not very soundproof and lack of privacy in balcony

common areas were clean. The pool area is good.

Room was absolutely tiny. Cleaning was awful. Sheets only changed after a week. No food or drink available after 7pm. Nothing around the property either. The Square is within walking distance but for restaurants you need a taxi ride. Sink and shower filthy and hairs everywhere. €280 per night for a no service stay, robbery.

Staff and facilities were exceptional, Pool very clean, Our 4th visit there and they have not disappointed us.

Lack of monitoring sunbeds , people left towels on them but not using them not enough sunbeds for size of hotel

-Decor at the hotel was simple and tasteful -Bar and catering staff were friendly and clearly work hard, in very high temperatures -Children’s activities and staff were engaging - waterpolo was especially fun - pool was a really nice temperature even though it was not heated - football pitch/court was small but fun - The room (studio) was adequately equipped with kitchen facilities

- Severe shortage of sun loungers and umbrellas at the poolside, despite there being plenty of room for many more. All loungers were ‘reserved’ before 7.45am by guests leaving towels on them, many remaining unused until mid-afternoon when people returned from the beach / excursions. When we complained, the hotel staff refused to intervene. With temperatures so hot and lack of shade / sun beds, it was uncomfortable around the pool. - Our aircon was unreliable and kept shutting off at night and no staff were available until the next day to fix it each time - Except for the club sandwich we did not like the food, which was poor quality - Daily housekeeping comprised making beds, emptying bins and replacing towels - That was it! I had to ask for our toilet to be cleaned!

Loved this accommodation. Stayed in the one bed apartment with my husband and four children. We had loads of room. The apartment was decorated to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. I’ll defo be coming back.

Reception staff could be a little more friendly and should definitely give a more detailed introduction to the facilities and services on offer in the apartments. I found the laundry room by accident.

City tax didn't show up on our booking but maybe not the apartments fault .

The hotel was quiet and family-orientated. It was convenient for a range of cafes, bars and restaurants in the Costa de la Calma area of Santa Ponca. The apartment was bright and airy with a good balcony.

Couldn't really make much use of the kitchen area. Apart from anything else it was difficult to wash up pots.

Excellent hotel ! We stayed there for 4 nights and absolutely loved our stay ! If you go with kids or if you want a calm place. I totally recommend this hotel. We felt really safe there and people there were so nice and helpful. Room were spacious and clean, loved the balcony and the view. There are a bunch of supermarkets near the hotel (maybe 10 minutes walk), pharmacy, restaurants etc…
