The view was nice. Lovely massage. Staff were kind, shame about management.
Please please don’t stay here guys. We are a group of 6 25 year old girls who have travelled and seen some places and this is one of our most disappointing!
The suite rooms that we were “upgraded” to (this upgrade was as a result of one of the rooms we booked being under construction and the other being dirty) had a rotten egg stench throughout our stay.
The pool area is nice enough but covered in ants, they need to sort this.
Breakfast is questionable to say the least, stay away from the instant coffee unless you have a serious sweet tooth.
There is a step into the suite rooms (image attached) that I either tripped on or stubbed my toe on every single time I entered my room.
The bathroom facilities are falling apart, our toilet ran water constantly and the shower was a dribble. We alerted the staff to this and they quick fixed it only for it to happen again an hour or so later.
Being in the suites near reception is not the luxury we anticipated. There is an unexplained banging upstairs at 7am every morning as well as the noise and voices of reception carrying throughout the hallway at early and late hours of the day.
The location is not the best and on quite a hairy road so be aware of this before considering a stay.
We explained all of this to management who were abrupt in their replies and quite rude. They offered us complimentary massages which we didn’t have the time to take which was their idea of compensation…
This place really does have potential if it undergoes improvements and a change of tone from management!

Absolutely lovely! We went for our honeymoon and took the suite room. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and just perfect. The little treats they left us for our honeymoon were just right and the staff was super kind and helpful. One of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

Extremely beautiful resort with a nice location. Greeting at the door is a warm welcome and you will feel calmer just by arriving. Sunchairs available, and towels in order to lay on them. The rooms are expectional, and air conditioner works good. Breakfast is extremely diverse and good many options.

The hotel is about 10 min drive to the Sampalan harbour, there is also had restaurants in the hotel with good evening vibe and you can enjoyed golden hour from the restaurant rooftop. The hotel was huge and well maintained, and main pool of the hotel is very gorgeous.

When we arrived, we first checked out the view from the balcony which was just breathtaking. The surroundings of the hotel are covered in lush green nature. It is always so quiet, which makes it perfect to relax and recover from the busy city life.
You can oversee the island and even see the ocean from the pool area. The location and view are just stunning!
Also, the rooms have a beautiful interior design and are very comfortable

I stayed here for one day I like the property very much calm and quiet atmosphere, nice ocean view from the room, enjoy a golden sunset from rooftop restaurant. The hotel is located a bit far from the city but I loved being surrounded by nature

Navigating to the hotel with four people on two scooters was perilous, given its location in the hills with a highly uneven road. The actual state of the hotel significantly deviated from the photos, and the surroundings were marred by trash, with the added unpleasantness of a foul odor emanating from the bathroom. When we approached the host to discuss canceling our reservation, he assured us, after speaking with the manager on the phone, that as long as we contacted Booking.com, they would refund the charges. Following his guidance, we promptly reached out to Booking.com, canceled the reservation and secured an alternative hotel. However, I later received an email from Booking.com, revealing that the hotel had rejected the cancellation. They deceived us and led us to believe that they would refund the charges. Our disappointment with this experience is profound, and we strongly discourage anyone from considering this hotel.

Petit déjeuner très varié, personnel au petit soin, vue magnifique.. Tout était parfait, le lieu est unique et génial pour se reposer étant donné qu'il y a un spa et en plus pas cher.
La chambre est relativement propre et spacieuse.
L'hôtel est sur les hauteurs et à 10/15 min des restaurants sur la place, il faut commander les taxis depuis la réception et ils mettent 30 min pour arriver, il vaut mieux planifier vos horaires ! ;)

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Bed was comfortable, room is well equipped. Service was faultless and location was great - we enjoy the beautiful of mount agung and city lights from the balcony. We would love to come back.

The location is very remote. There are no shops or restaurants around at all. I appreciate there isn’t much the hotel can do about this, but the hotel were insistent we booked any taxis through them (no grab available), and quoted us 120k taxi fee for a 5 minute car journey to the main stretch of road. It felt as though they were profiteering from their remote location rather than helping by offering a free shuttle to the main area.
The food was questionable at best, the chicken breast I had was raw in the middle. In addition to this, there is no restaurant so food is served on your terrace, which is nice, but the plates are not collected for up to a day, which exacerbates the ant problem.
The remote location coupled with the not so great food made it feel a little bit claustrophobic at times.

Incredible views, lovely charming staff, beautiful pool and decoration, super clean. Very nice breakfast.amazing massagges. So quiet and relaxing spot. Would definitely come back.
Be mindful that is a bit distant from coast and you will need taxi or scooter to go to restaurants or beach. But that makes it peaceful as well.

The hotel staff is good. Although it is a new hotel and we are the only one in the hotel. Staff is also accordingly less. The view from hotel room is good. The room is neat and clean.
The hotel is a little far and not very easy to reach there. So late at night, you can't move around. And nothing is in the neighbourhood to roam around. You have to book a taxi which is a bit expensive as no other mode of transport is there. No grab facility. But the hotel staff help you to book a taxi from local vendors.

It is amazing stay, Kadek was very helpful to us and we could always count on him. Amazing view from the window and a very large balcony is another advantage. A wonderful place and we would love to come back here.

Pretty new accomodation
- Really far for everything, and hard to arrive, which makes more expensive the transfers
- The maintenance is not good, although it's new build got leaking of water in the bathroom in 2 differents point
-we didn't have room service for 2 days just the last one
-The recepcionst (man) who was in touch with me, was kinda dodgy, over price activities or to rent a motorcycle. Not nice.
- noise comes from the fridge bad located (in the head of the bed
- TV channels (all them) in Indonesia language, I mean you receive from many differents places, please get something more cool. It wasn't even smart TV .
