Great location, comfortable but a bit dated

The thin walks & timber floors meant we heard everything in our neighbours room. In fairness they were exceptionally loud.

Within walking distance to many beautiful restaurants and shops

Would prefer tea making facilities in room but you can go to dining room but this is inconvenient

Great location in the middle of town. Friendly host. Parking not on the premises but nearby. Large room.

Unfortunately no breakfast. But that was easily solved with plenty of opportunities in town.

We had a lovely welcome and our host was so helpful whilst showing is our room also gave us advice on eating and parking in the area. Parking was handy enough, just download the parking app.

It was simple but had everything you need for a budget room in the height of summer.

Fantastic location. Home from home feeling. I arrived early, which was no problem. My room was ready within the hour. So friendly.

The location is so good close to all amenities and the owner David and his staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of town and I would definitely return again. We stayed mid week and parking nearby was difficult to get at times. I'm guessing it would be even more difficult at the weekend.

There is no breakfast provided. There is a comfortable dining room that has tea and coffee making facilities (with long life milk) and there is also a microwave. There is also a fridge for residents to store food in. It would be much better if items were provided to enable residents make a small continental type breakfast...bread, fresh milk, cereal, butter, jam, toaster, croissants etc. We have stayed in a number of B&B's that have provided this facility and it has been great.

Excellent location

The location was excellent. It is right in the Town Centre and there was convenient on street parking outside which was modestly priced.

When I booked I did not realise that Breakfast wasn't included. Probably my fault as I didn't see however the website could do with a tweak as it describes the accommodation as "The Bed & Breakfast and self catering apartments"
