4 of us stayed in House 1 and it was the perfect size for our group. Ample bath towels, kitchen/dining supplies and beach towels/chairs/cooler/wagon. The hot tub/pool area was very inviting and enjoyed meeting the other guests. We didnt count the number of steps to the beach, but it took a little longer to walk there than we initially expected, though the walk was easy and we felt safe. We had a car rental and really didnt need it because there is so much within walking distance, though 1 evening of heavy rain we drove to dinner. Only improvements we can think of would be a full length mirror (the bathroom mirrors were too high to see more than your face), kitchen towels, and dishwasher detergent pre-stocked. Overall, great place!

Loved staying at this property. Great location, close to restaurants, beach. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms. The only recommendation would be to include more than a 3 person sofa as we had 4 people at times. Brought in an outdoor chair to accommodate our group.

We plan a beach vaca w our son and daughter in law every winter. The condo was within walking distance to the LBTS square , restaurants and beach. The soaking tubs and pool area were very nice and we spent hours in the sunshine.

Very nice condo in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Property is clean, spacious and well stocked. We would love to come back.

I spent quality time with my two sons who are going to a local university. We all thought the place was clean and beds very comfortable. Would Stay again in future.

Condo had very nice upgrade of appliances and bathrooms. Inside was very clean. Beds/mattresses were comfortable. Good location to downtown and beach. Beautiful pool and bar entertainment area. Unfortunately, two of the three nights had neighbors from condo #4 around and in pool area disregarding after 9 quiet time by making loud noises/partying most of the evening until early morning. Our Patio area and condo entrance was dirty with leaves and muddy. Bring ice. No ice maker. Each of the shower dispensers were not labeled to contents. Small couch is only seating so tight for 4 or more. Pool heater was set at 102 not 80 as advertised, making pool very warm. Took 2 days to cool down. 3 wine glasses and 3 coffee cups to accommodate 6. Note - Per our request, Michael delivered wash cloths and beach towels. (We only had 2 wash cloths for 4 people). As an experienced VRBO customer, I was surprised we were charged $225 because we arrived early, though condo was ready. We left on our designated day by 9am and as clean as we found it.
