Great location within walking distance to the main areas of Golden and Safeway is just a few blocks away. The small space is very comfortable for two people. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was the perfect location for us. We love Golden and everything it has to offer. Biking, floating the river, hiking and family. It was a plus that this place was beautiful and fully furnished.

AC unit needs some looking into, the fan blower side is very loud could be the motor or the blower housing but definitely louder than should be. Other than general noise from occupants above which is fairly normal we had a great stay and had everything we needed.

We were in town to see our Mines student and this place was perfect! The location let us walk to everything. So many little touches made this such a comfortable place to stay - charging station, reusable grocery bags, even a sound machine in the bedroom! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals. Enjoyed the litt”e outside area across the parking lot too. Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was lovely with nice thick towels. Beautiful and so clean. We will be back!

We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay! The location is great and the hosts are very accommodating. You have everything you need, check-in process was super easy. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely property in a location that can’t be beat. Downtown and hiking trails are just a few minutes walk away.
The interior is spotless and nicely decorated. The owners have paid careful attention to even the smallest details that made a big difference. The kitchen was stocked with more than the basic essentials and all the cookware/bakeware was high quality.
The hosts were very easy to communicate with & responded quickly when I had a question.
I have stayed in many nice places in Golden, but this is definitely my favorite!

The property was as described. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location waa convenient. We walked for meals and shopping in Golden. The check-in process was a bit difficult. I did not receive information about address and door lock code. I had to make phone calls the evening we were due to arrive. I had also messaged a couple of times about parking as we had two cars and there was one assigned parking spot. I didn't hear anything back. When I got in touch with the management folks, they were very responsive and sent the needed information immediately. In the end, everything worked out fine. It was just a bit anxiety provoking trying to get the information I needed

Exactly as advertised, but better. The unit was so clean,comfortable and stocked with all the conveniences of home... coffee/creamers, teas, soaps, shampoos, lotion, and more. This host thought of everything!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our two sons and will definitely be a repeat customer.

We appreciated this property so much! Super clean, super efficient in terms of use of the space, quiet and close to everything! Property manager was so thorough and so easily available if we had questions! I would highly recommend this spot and we will definitely stay here again when we are back in Golden!

This was the perfect location to visit my son at Mines. Walking distance to everything I needed. Very comfortable bed too. And excellent communication from hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for a clean and new place. The coffee and creamers were a nice touch on top of all the necessary utensils. This location was excellent for day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park.

This condo was so nice and clean. So close to downtown Golden. We would walk and get breakfast and shop. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!!

This condo was wonderful. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable. 10-15 minute drive to Red Rocks. We’ll be back!

Place was very clean and well equipped. Nice amenities with a very welcome vibe. GREAT location! Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, Coors Brewery, etc. Host was very responsive when I had questions. Would definitely stay here again(-:

This is a beautiful property! It has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. They thought of everything! And it's only two blocks from downtown so very easy to walk to where you want to go. Great place!
