La ubicación y el personal de limpieza muy amable

Que no tienen una cafetera pequeña en el cuarto, el microhondas y la hielera están en el baseman tampoco tienen una silla en el cuarto.

La amabilidad de los Empleados y la Limpieza del Hotel que son cosas muy importantes para mi. Tengo muchos Familiares en NY así que PRONTO volveré.

A/C and heat worked. Bed was actually comfortable; there was a mattress toppers. No noises woke me up. Not too far from Fordham where we were going for graduation. They took less money if we paid in cash. The bathroom had been renovated and was clean except the counter wasn't wiped off.

Ugly bare "lobby". I laughed when I saw the awful room; hubby almost went out to sleep in the car. Stains all over the wall, stained bedding, old ugly furniture, no lamps, no microwave or fridge, no table/chairs, one flat pillow each, one blanket and no bedspread. I got emails saying my credit card was invalid - not true

No micro wave or fridge in the room. Must bring fire stick or Roku to watch something tv do not have service

Nothing I pad $271 for Nothing. Only thing that was in the room was a TV. There was no iron so I could iron my clothes. There was no refrigerator at all the towels and wash clothes. What dirty? I had to go back downstairs and get no one's.

Lenzuola sporche e macchiate , odore di sigarette , e di marcio. L’ascensore sporco, i muri della camera imbrattati. Camera non insonorizzata e rumori durante la notte.

It was way over priced on booking.com i paid $844.00 for 3 nights and they were advertising $99 special a night the room was beyond disgusting there was long pieces of hair in the shower and all over the bedding i tried to make a complaint but the manager couldn't understood me, there was no microwave or refrigerator being a family of 4 we had no way to keep are food cold also the shower curtain had mold all over the bottom of it there was no where to sit overall i would not recommend to any friends or family

When I checked in, they said they couldn’t find my reservation.  Even though I did my reservation on Booking.com and gave a credit card, they made me give cash. I made him give me a receipt, and the first one said that I had paid almost $90 less than I had actually paid him in cash (I gave him $280 in cash and they gave me a receipt for $189). No water cups in the room. No chair in the room - had to sit on the edge of the bed and prop my computer on the nightstand. Had to drink with my hands from the sink. Bed like a rock and sheets so thin and nappy sandpaper would have been more comfortable. No bedspread or extra layer just a very thin blanket. Reeked of smoke, both the room and the halls.
