It was a little chilly as the heating was difficult to figure out. I appreciate that the fire exit sign is a legal requirement, but the internal windows in the main bedroom make it distracting at night.

Great location. Very good set of accommodation with a very nice lounge and separate large dining.

No coffee machine. Cooker only top small oven works No downstairs WC ( inconvenient when there are a lot of us)

very generous space, warm, lovely furniture, well equipped, all in very good condition. central location not noisy. cosy blankets in lounge and bedrooms add to comfy feel. very clean. In warmer weather there will be great outdoor dining in the courtyard

all was good! downstairs bedroom has no toilet access on same floor- just needs to be aware and be prepared to use upstairs bathroom.

Location was great and the bedrooms were a good size

It didn’t feel great value for money tbh. It seemed very basic, ordinary and slightly tired decor, not special or luxurious that a lot of properties are nowadays. No downstairs toilet and not enough bathrooms was a big drawback given the size of the property and number of people staying.

Perfect location with all the amenities you could need. A very short walk to everything. The house has had a wonderful renovation and was exceptionally clean.

dishwasher was out of action we were told about this, but would have been very useful to have had working Mixer tap in kitchen needs attention as it’s loose

Fantastic property in the heart of Monmouth, just 3 minute walk to the Savoy theatre and very close to lots of independent shops, cafes and bars. Internally the property is very modern and spacious with a lovely enclosed courtyard garden. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
